I don’t usually write reviews, but this product deserves one. I snore loudly, and while taping my mouth has helped, I keep exploring different options. I came across this product and decided to give it a try.Firstly, I’m not entirely sure how it works, but it does! Secondly, I find it puzzling how the device stays in my mouth throughout the night. Finally, I wake up feeling rested and happy. There’s no more dry mouth or tiredness. It truly works! Thank you!

I submitted a review on this earlier rating it very low, but cannot find it to edit it. This did not work at all for me initially, but I found that if I used it along with my night guard it is way more comfortable. I have no trouble with it coming out. Like all these types of things it can irritate gums sometimes. Definitely a more cost effective alternative to mouth tape.

I was skeptical at first, but this anti-snoring device really works. It’s simple to use, and it gently helps keep my mouth closed while I sleep, which has drastically reduced my snoring. My partner noticed the difference on the very first night!It’s lightweight and doesn’t feel uncomfortable once I get settled. I wake up feeling more rested, and I’m no longer getting nudged awake in the middle of the night.If you struggle with mouth snoring, I recommend giving this a try. It’s a small change that made a big difference in my sleep quality.

I’ve tried to make my own devices since discovering I’m a mouth-breather! I’m allergic to tape, so this looked perfect, but, two issues:1) Not large enoughI have a very small mouth, but this could have been much taller (top and bottom) and I could have cut it to fit, which would have actually stopped the leaks and worked much better for me2) When properly fitted, the suction pressure during the night actually broke the roots of two of my teeth, which were both crowns, resulting in the loss of the teeth, and necessitating two dental implants.I’m still seeking a solution. I tried to cut an area so as to not add pressure to the teeth I have left, but ended up cutting all the way through, resulting in a hole, which rendered it unusable.This has been a very expensive lesson, and just be aware of it if you have had root canals with crowns.I liked the “day” and “night” versions, so I could use the day one while working from home. In the interest of keeping more of my teeth, though, I’ve got to give it a pass.

It is 4am as I write this. I'm as shocked as you are. I am so well rested I woke up early. I don't have a headache for the first time in months. Did this piece of plastic just save my life? I was looking into cpap, dentists, orthodontics, surgery. I had already spent thousands on devices, pillows and even a new mattress. I anticipated months worth of treatment and thousands, tens of thousands of money, and dozens of doctors to be seen. As I await the traditional medical route, my sleep apnea got worse and worse to the point that I dreaded going to sleep, knowing I would toss and turn and wake up gasping every hour, minimal. Out of desperation, I finally decided to use the night version of this because I just wanted to do something different, even if it was just a placebo (I didn't think this would work because it was so flimsy and one size fits all)Well I just woke up at 4.30AM from 11:00pm. I got up to use the restroom. I was shocked. I wasn't dizzy. I didn't have a headache. My tongue actually remained at the roof of my mouth, and the piece was still in my mouth, meaning it worked. Everything stayed in place. My mouth isn't dry. And I'm definitely nose breathing. I'd like to sleep a little more and may update this post again later, especially with my Fitbit results. But I did not wake up at night, at all. And I am actually forming coherent sentences on the review, which is shocking, as lately my sleep apnea had worsened to the point that it had signficantly affected my cognitive function.I am so impressed that I want to actually use this device faithfully now, meaning to use the day time version too. My mind is so shockingly clear.

I am sure this product works for people but it hasnt been working for me. I tried it for a couple nights but it has kept falling out. I am not sure if I am using the product right the videos dont give me a clear example. The instructions say to create a "negative seal" but not sure what that means.If you are wondering if you salivate when using this product. YOU DO.

I’ve been using this mouthpiece for several weeks and here is my review:Let me preface my review by stating that I’ve been using this anti-snore device in conjunction with a snore monitoring app on my phone. The app measures the volume and frequency of how much I snore while sleeping, and breaks it down into a “snore score”…real data. Overall, this device has actually improved my score. I snore less and with lower volume. It’s not the most comfortable thing to wear, but it works!

I found both the daytime and nighttime Mews to be too just slightly too large for my mouth. Where they appear in images to be more like bite tabs, they are full wings that sit under the lips/in front of the gums. I wasn’t able to get myself to sleep in it.
