I suffer from migraines atleast once a week and when allergies hit they last for days. I am on prescription migraine meds but the throbbing is always so bad. I was skeptical about this cap but it was exactly what I didn’t know I needed!! The filling is like a squishy squishmallow and it never feels wet or unbearably cold like a frozen ice pack does. I leave mine in the feeezwr until I need it. The black one is perfect bc it’s so dark and blocks out light. It’s so comfortable to sleep with too. It has a decent amount of compression so if you’re one that is constantly squeezing your temples or pressing against them to stop the throbbing - this does that for you 😭 it’s the perfect amount of compression without feeling too binding. I don’t even care how silly I might look wearing it, it’s my new favorite thing. If I don’t feel like wearing it over my eyes I just leave it higher and it allows the cold to be pressed against the top of my head which feels great with tension headaches also. No weird smells thank god bc I’m already super nauseas with migraines. 10/10 make the purchase you won’t regret

Best thing I’ve ever bought for someone who gets migraines and tension headaches. It’s even cold before you put it in the fridge. It’s perfect. No weird smell. The weight is perfect and it even has a place to put your hair to stay in place. I have a big head and it’s flexible and seems durable so far but if it breaks I’d buy a new one in a second. It goes over your eyes too

This cap is amazing. It is so soft and the fit is perfect. It puts just the right amount of soothing pressure on your face/head. There is no smell with mine. It does get quite cold. I usually need a paper towel between the cap and my face. It warms up fast so I have to chill it a couple times a night. I don’t get migraines but it is amazing for sinus congestion.

This cap is amazing! Full coverage, soft, and very cold but not too cold. Great pain relief. Doesn’t squish my eyes like other caps. It had a slight scent but it was gone pretty quickly. So why give this amazing cap only 4 stars? It turns everything black. My forehead is covered with little black dots that are hard to scrub off and you can see how discolored my pillow has become. It’s worth it, though!

Fits well. The cooling sensation helps with pressure in your sinuses and when your migraine is so bad. Stays cold for hours. Comfortable.

This is the best cool head wrap ive used it was cold without even putting in fridge kept my head cool and fell asleep fast I got one for my sister too who had brain surgery and was getting headaches alot this help soothe her head and she loves it just like I do great product

Amazing. It helps my migraines and is so soft. I've bought a second one just in case. I've even slept with it without cooling it because of how soft and comfort it is. No scent upon arrival. So easy to use and perfect size.

guys dont buy this product, inside the cloth semi-thick gel is there which is sticky. withen 3 4 days gel attached and automatically atta ka gola bangeya. 100% waste product. please dont buy it. waste of money.
