I really never thought about the weight. It's very light but not flimsy. The head pivots easily, and can maneuver into small spaces. The cleaning solution dries quickly too. Also it took less than 2 minutes to assemble.

So much better than my last one . Has two different knives, one for meat and other for anything else: Cuts through meat like butter. And so much easier to hold and handle . Cut through my pork roast like nothing.

Although a Christmas Gift, my son is very pleased with this. He's both a baker and chef and wondered why he didn't have something like this before. Very sturdy and affordable

Cuts nice but you have to hold the thumb button the entire cut.

I purchased this knife for carving a turkey recently. It was my 1st time using an electric knife. I can tell you I will only use this knife from now on because it made short work of that turkey. Seriously, if you don't use an electric knife for carving, you are making the job too hard.

Excellent product! My first time using an electric knife. I used it to carve my turkey and it easily cut perfect pieces allowing me to display a beautiful turkey before serving. Definitely recommend buying!

Works well. Use it at Easter and Christmas mainly, and makes carving meat very easy.

Just what I wanted and it works really well plus there’s a few blades and a carving fork. I’ve only given it four stars because it came with the two pin plug and I don’t think they made that clear enough but that was no big deal. I just went and bought an adapter.

I have had several electric knives, however this one is the best one I have every had worth every cent.

Really good kit. Super sharp blades, easy to use and fork a useful bonus. For bread & meat - no problems cutting through. Can’t understand others saying different. Buy with confidence.
