Software could have been better
My HP Oscilloscope aged 15 years broke. So how was my adaptation from a ultra-responsive HP scope with dedicated knobs to this UI based PC based oscilloscope. Painful, but human being is capable of extreme adaption. First the screen refresh rate is very slow. Software could have been better. Some keyboard short cuts could have been given. It is cumbersome to use the mouse always.Overall for 6k it is amazing. I would strongly advise this for students doing their projects, if you cant afford for a 20K digital scope.

usage of Hantek
My observation is as follows in windows 10:2 digital/ channels are working fine in auto mode. In normal mode it is difficult to get the capture point (not automatically) We need to adjust it .16 logic channels will not be live run able. it is one time capture able which i did not expect (and Not mentioned in spec)i communicated with customer care also. Hantek supports confirmed that 16 logic channels are one time capture able only. (Not be live run able)

Missing Parts
The product is functionap and working, the USB cable is missing, so as the ground spring for the probes. The hookup leads have corrosion on them..... .. i was in an urgent need so i kept it...... Else i vould have. Returned at first go.

Damaged product received
Product packaging was completely fine and all the other peripherals were completely ok.But the product did not work at all I it just did not turned on I and also the software cd came with it was completely empty.They sent me a empty cd and a broken product. Totally useless totally broken
