Been using these for a couple weeks now and I honestly beleive they’re helping my feet feel less sore after long days. I’ve tried a few different insoles before, but these ones seem to hold their shape better and give more support, especially in the arch area. Just need afew days to break them in.They’re a bit thick, so make sure your shoes have enough room. That said, the comfrt is solid and the quality feels better than some of the stuff I’ve picked up from stores in the past. For the price and support, it’s worth giving a shot if you’re on your feet a lot. Value is there and they fit my sz 11 shoe.

My feet feel so comfortable now with these inserts in my shoes. I have nearly flat feet, which makes standing on my feet during my shifts hard.These inserts are sturdy, thick, and fit in my shoe very well. I can walk in my shoes for eight plus hours, and my feet don't hurt. My back feels much better now because of these insoles.The only thing is I had to cut them down further than the lines on the bottom to make them fit my shoes, but this wasn't a problem. This is the best pair of plantar fascitis inserts I have ever used.Please do yourself a favor if you are a retail or fast food worker; get these inserts! You won't be disappointed.

Not the best for flat feet with heel spurs. Comfortable for about a week,but then the pain is back stronger than ever. Seller and Amazon were great. I already have heel spurs and it just didn’t work for me.

I’m not a heavy laborer, but I have had knee injuries before, so I need good support and cushioning in my shoes to protect my knees. Unfortunately, many regular shoes don’t provide enough support. For example, I like this pair of boots, but while they are soft and comfortable, the soles have almost no elasticity or arch support. That’s why I’m so happy to have found these insoles! They have marked lines on the back, so if the size doesn’t fit, you can easily trim them. The arch and heel have good cushioning, which feels just as supportive as a pair of sports shoes. After using these insoles, my boots became much more comfortable. I can walk for long hours without feeling tired, and my knees feel more protected. This is my best purchase of the year, and I will recommend it to my family!

They feel great, BUT, they sent me a pair that someone had already trimmed, and thus were a bit too short. I'm hoping the replacement pair is actually new.

Fine workmanship, the material is very thick and soft. It has a supportive effect on the arch of the foot and is of good quality. There is a cutting circle at the bottom of the insole, which is trimmed according to your size, and when you change it and try it on, it feels very supportive, and you don't worry that your walking instep will hurt. Worth recommending.
