Pretty decent entry level stethoscope. You can hear sounds alright, just have to really be in the right spot. I'm not sure if the diaphragm shape actually helps with anything. The ear pieces fit pretty good and are a little squishy for more comfort.

It’s actually very light weight... firstly I thought it’s not original, but sound quality is equally good as of previous one... so it’s nice...
