I order live BSFL every 2 weeks & I've never an issue. Used to order XL Dubia, a couple hundred at a time, since 2016, up til' 2022. Live in Tx so heat is an issue. When I immediately email them, once I've placed the order, to request the pkg be left at the Post Office, they respond to me within minutes & always follow through with their word. I highly recommend them. Feeding Bearded Dragon and I keep the larvae after they pupate. I have a screen top on the enclosure, and I release the flies in the enclosure and my Beardie loves chasing them around! They're super slow moving and he catches em when they're flying. They don't have mouths so they're not spreading germs. Oh and the shipping is blazing fast and they have always shipped next day every time I've ordered.

None were DOA or were stinky. They arrived before the original estimated delivery date, but they were much smaller than expected. They were definitely not large.

Dubia is amazing, their products are always amazing (and live)....the only issue we have ever had with them is the continued failings of USPS.Again, I want to stress, this product is AMAZING and this company is AMAZING!!

I usually buy Phoenix worms but accidentally killed a bunch and decided to order from this seller and I think I’m going to buy only from here now! Worms are great: good size, happy, there is lots of them and the delivery was crazy fast.
