I purchased this portable air conditioner for an enclosed porch with casement windows. I could not use a window unit because it would not fit. The unit came with a window mount for the exhaust which can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The included window exhaust kit was too short for my windows so I ordered a longer one from Amazon. The unit has been in operation for several days now and is quiet and efficient. It can be controlled by an app on your phone or by a remote. It cools well and is keeping the room at a balanced temperature despite large sunny windows on 3 sides of the room. I would recommend this unit.Update: The portable air conditioner developed a problem with an error code related to drainage after 1 month of service. The manufacturer's service representative was very responsive and tried to fix the problem. When the problem reoccurred they shipped me an entirely new air conditioner to replace the malfunctioning unit. Great service and great warranty. I would highly recommend them.

Attractive and very useful! This unit does everything it advertises it does. With remote and Bluetooth capabilities you can remain seated across the room. For the price it is most attractive! You could tell the company believes in quality by the way it was packaged!

I have had this unit for 2 weeks and it no longer blows cold air. Unit was installed properly, drain line is clear, filters are clean, not iced up, on cool mode and waited allotted time before turning unit on. It worked great for the first week and a half and now only blow hot air.

The unit works great after the first week... the only downside so far is the REPEATED CLICKING sound when in heat mode... the unit will click Loudly (like an electrical circuit switching on and off) as many as 5 times... this action repeats several times (at least 10) over the course of a night... it is loud enough to wake you up from over 20 feet away... Note: The cause of the clicking is explained in the user manual... The unit does heat and cool well... and does not click in cool mode.

This unit was easy to set up. It only took about 10 minutes to put the few parts together and it was quickly cooling everything down. Likes: We only have used the AC and Fan options and these both worked well. The room where we set this up was noticeably cooler in less than 30 minutes. The noise was fine for us since we usually need white noise to sleep. Dislikes: It is a bit heavier and more awkward than I anticipated based on other reviews we read. Having 2 people to get it out of the box and into location makes it much easier especially since you can't tip it. We really needed the cord to be about 2 feet longer. We also had better luck using the remote than the buttons on the machine. It seemed like there was a big delay. We also wish there was an option to keep the fan running even after the AC has stopped. Our sleep was very interrupted the first night with the machine going and then quiet when it had reached the proper temperature. Overall though we are very happy and are glad we made the purchase.

So far works great! Maybe a tad more water generated when AC is on than I was hoping, so not really "evaporative". But not much more than my prior unit (Honeywell) that died after a couple years. I use to just provide a little relief on hot days to an area that is overall much bigger than 700', but this unit actually provides better than expected to coverage to most of the open area, and still is able to keep up with auto on and off when hitting the desired temp in proximity to general where it sits. Very satisfied!!

Product not working as good as expected for the price. I have to keep bottom water port open during cooling with it propped up on stool and bucket underneath it in cooling setting. It could be because stupid UPS delivered it upside down.

Love this portable air condioner. I bought it to help to cool the living room in my home, die to ir getting hotter in the evening due to the sun. actually has two features, one for ac and the other for heat. It most definitely cools about 700 square feet. It does its job. It actually has two features cooling and heating. It has started to get cooler in the 40s and I have yet to turn on the furnace to war. The hose. It can be set up for remote wifi settings. It will automatically turnon when the desired temperature has increased or decreased in temperature
