The doll was in good shape. The packaging was intact, all the parts were in place, and the code was still brand new. This was bought as a new doll. The packaging was really easy to open and she is really easy to play with. The hair was really smooth, as well as the feel of the doll itself. The dress is really pretty. I think that the cost was worth it. The price is normal for dolls like this, so I am glad to say I am indeed satisfied with my purchase.

I absolutely adore her! Her design is so cute. I can't wait to see what her set looks like in-game. Her hair is very soft, although I dislike the gel used to style it. It's easy to remove with Dawn dish soap, though. I wouldn't recommend using heat to style the hair either. I used straws and hot water to curl Posey's hair on the left. In case anyone is wondering, as of May 2026, Raynebow's in-game set has not been released yet. It's currently in development, but you can still redeem the code. You will receive the Roblox avatar item. You will get the badge and the set once they're released, which is probably pretty soon.

I’d say these dolls are definitely priced fairly, and the quality is amazing as well. The paint job looks incredible, these colors are amazing. And probs to whoever decided on the hair as it’s soo soft to touch. I’m so very happy with my purchase!! (October 3rd edit) Today I received my Mermia and Avrilla dolls, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The dolls are great quality and they’re super cute, I love them, but- I had some issues with the codes. The Mermia code with pretty hard to read as the code was printed terribly, it almost completely came off. But I did manage to get the code figured out and redeemed. But as for the Avrilla doll… Her code completely came off while I was trying to scratch it, mind you, I very carefully scratch these codes as I know they can easily mess up. But I’ve never experienced this exact thing before. I’m currently in contact with Roblox and trying to get a new code. I’ve spent a lot of money on these dolls so therefore I’d like to be able to have their codes working. I’d definitely suggest being careful with the codes, everything else had no problems at all.

perfect!! code worked, the doll is very cuteeee ! i couldn’t wait to get it , the outfit in game is cute as well!! and then on chromae set, it is also cute, i do not understand the hate on itttt!!

Very durable. A little expensive. Cute doll.

Initially tje code fell to the side of the bottom hidden behind the doll and we had concerns that it was uses. But the code thankfully was retrieved and the doll is in great shape despite-20°F weather outside.

Love the doll! But the box was damaged (ripped opened and the code was unfortunately stolen, but requesting a new code from jazwares!)
