Best Finger Print Door Knob on the Market
I absolutely love this product and brand. I bought this item and was wanting to put it on my bedroom door for privacy but then my front door knob broke so I decided to put it on the front door and I have to say. This was absolutely amazing!!! It was easy to install. The instructions were on point. The finger print security was absolutely wonderful. I can use my thumb and register it and then place my index finger on there and it wouldn’t let me in at all. Only my thumb worked and that was awesome. I had others come over and try it and sure enough they couldn’t get in. Only me. And for the price I paid was amazing as well. This product works like a $300 product for a fraction of the price and not to mention the app settings was very easy to work with. And it let me unlock and lock with the app which was an even better experience. The battery life is great too. I didn’t have to charge it but once every two months. I recommend this product to everyone who wants top notch security!!!

Useless after 4 months
No issues for 4 months. Came time to charge and it wouldn’t charge. It’s useless. Reached out to customer support and they couldn’t provide any help.

Easy to set up, and easy to install.

Battery doesn't hold a charge
Got this to keep grandkids out of the basement. The installation is backwards, when installed according the the instructions, the fingerprint is on the basement side. In order to put the fingerprint on the proper side the "lock/unlock" switch operates backwards. Once I got it installed, plugged into a power source and programmed it, only to find out that when I unplugged it there was no charge on the battery. Lost the programming. Put on charge for 6 hours, still no charge. Customer service was absolutely no help.

Malfunctioning
It was working great when it was working. Not even a year, it started malfunctioning. Apparently they have updated this lock. Thinking to give a try

Purchased 2 of these door knobs
Purchased this smart door knob for a closet. Worked good for about a month, then no longer works unless you use the key. Not happy, junk don’t purchase. Let’s see how long my second one lasts…
