Effective product if you use it
Good product to workout those forearms. Easy to use as in the mechanics of it. Definitely not easy on the farms. Who knows I might get those “Popeye” forearms yet. Recommended.

WARNING: sharp inner edges
The inner edges of the round black center wheel thing is sharp and serrated (the outer edge is smooth.machined). I noticed when there was a scrapping sound as the rope rolled over the inner edge. I had to sand it down the edge and repaint. This was pretty annoying, as the only advantage of this over making one yourself with $3 worth of parts from local hardware store is saving time.Product is otherwise fine.
