Went through them in no time. Taste isn’t very strong but it is enjoyable. Better than a lot of other sports drinks on the market

This drink has a taste very similar to the yellow flavor of other sport drinks. It takes good and does a good job of hydrating and replenishing your body.I do wish they cut back on how sweet they are. I had to start watering them down because they were way too sweet, much more than other sports drinks. You can drink this casually, but I definitely wouldn't want one of these not watered down after being hot and sweating a lot. That much sweetness is the last thing I'd want personally.

While I am not the workout aficionado, I do partake in my fair share of drinking. After a night of little water consumption, getting some electrolytes in my system the following morning is a must. Normally I go for coconut water or some sort of "workout beverage", and this one seems to fit the bill. The flavor is really a tasty lemon without being acidic, and it goes down super smooth and silky. I feel like the lack of caffeine is even better as that usually exacerbates my dehydration. While sugars are sometimes a good thing, I don't think they're needed in this drink as most people get sugars from their food, whether it be carbohydrates like breads, fruits, etc. Overall I thoroughly enjoy this Ghost drink.

This GHOST Hydration Drink in Lemon Lime is pretty good and I like that it has only 10 calories per serving. The list of electrolytes and nutrients is pretty good as well. I like the flavor profile, but I do think the drink is a little strong for what it is. Compared to other electrolyte beverages, this one is super strong. Not a huge issue though; I plan on drinking on ice or with a splash of water to thin it out a bit. For $2 per drink, I think this is a pretty good value and right on par with the other hydration drinks out there. All in all, pretty good!
