I wanted a thicker mattress for the current futon that me and my wife purchased. This was exactly what we were looking for. The overall quality of this product gave me excellent sleep quality and has succeeded my expectations when it came to comfort. The money I paid was a little high but it was totally worth it. It was easy to install and the packaging it came in was perfect. I do however suggest that you get a washable cover, so they you can prevent any stains on the original surface.

This never flattened out after being taken out of the box and laying flat for 48 hours. Every time someone sits in it, it gets bunched up and lumpy. Has to be rotated on the daily as it is used daily. Very dissatisfied, this thing is too bulky to send back though. Very disappointed. Especially for the price that I paid for this thing. I was informed yesterday, November 12 that yo shoot was offering me a full refund. No instructions on how it will be refunded. Again, I cannot return this as I don't have the ability. It came in a 2 x 2 x 2 box and is now an 8 inch thick full mattress that I am unable to even lift by myself. How do I return this? I want my money back.

Most futons are uncomfortable and have very little padding or cushion. This cushion is nice and thick. It's comfy to sit and sleep on. Someone liked it so them, they said they are ordering one because it's just what they wanted. Buy it and you won't be unhappy.

It wasn't completely padded with the material used inside of the mattress!

The full-time matches come separately it’s sturdy. It’s very well-made although one of the buttons popped off already it could be sold back on comfortable to sleep on great for the cost.

For the price, I wouldn't buy it. The mattress is comfortable but it doesn't sit as a futon. It slides down and has awkward lumps based on where you do and do not sit. The buttons fall off and there's no real way to clean the mattress as the skin doesn't come off.

Horrible. It is hard and will not go into the correct shale per description. Avoid this mattress. The inky reason i gave it one star is because it is required.
