OtterBox Defender Series Case for Apple iPhone 6 PLUS/6s PLUS (Case Only - Holster Not Included) (BLACK)

I bought this for my husband's iPhone. He loves it. It's sturdy, looks & feels great. And it protects his phone.

The case if very sturdy but does not weigh any more than some of the other cases that are not quite as sturdy. The texture of this case gives a better grip and it does not slip in your hand or slide around on objects you lay it on.

This is a awesome case!The rubbery outside that has protected my phone on a few MAJOR (about 6ft) drops to CONCRETE and the built in screen protection has NO issues tracking my finger.I LOVE THIS THING!!!I did have some specific concerns about the case I received, but had the pleasure of getting a FAST replies from Empress (customer service). She was professional, well-informed and quick help to me understand how "thePruneDanish" acquired and packaged my particular case. It all made perfect sense and gave me confidence in the seller and product.I generally avoid 3rd-party sellers, but I completely trust and recommend "thePruneDanish", because they have Empress to help you if there are any questions/concerns.

My phone isn’t broken or cracked, so this has done its job. However, this case makes the phone look more like a tablet! It’s huge! People are always making fun of how huge my phone is. People always ask “is that an iPhone?” And are perplexed when I say yes! I also had to remove the screen protector and the plastic covering over the home button because my phone’s screen wasn’t registering my touch. So now my screen and home button are exposed. I bought this case, then had to buy another screen protector. Lastly, the rubber that surrounds the plastic has morphed a little bit. It looks like it doesn’t quite fit snuggly around the plastic shell. But like I said, my phone is completely intact - no screen cracks or damage, besides the crumbs that get stuck between the case and the back of the phone because I had to remove the screen protector.

If you want a highly protective case, this is the one you want! I put it on my iPhone 6 Plus. It fits perfectly. I have a protector screen cover on my phone and with the case screen cover over that, there are some very minor touch issues. The case is thick so the charger plugin is deeply set in. It takes just slightly more effort to plug the charger cord in because of the recess but again it's just a minor issue. I can hold it easily, use it normally, and carry it in my back pocket. No product is perfect, but this one is a 5 star rating without a doubt.

Our family uses OtterBox cases and this one has been great for our daughter. The price is much lower than most OtterBox prices.

I work construction and always have one of these on my iPhone which takes a beating, if it wasn’t for this case I don’t think these phones would last very long in these conditions. I am an otter box user for life

Excellent protection. I have dropped my phone several times thinking ah heck it’s cracked, but nope. Great case!
