Great tool chest for my art studio…..sturdy , yet not too heavy

Bottom drawer slides not very reliable. Make sure you open only one drawer at a time. Or the whole thing can come crashing down. It’s very nice looking, and fulfills my needs.

Our lower level bathroom has a construction theme and this looks great and is used to store towels, toilet paper and a few small tools.

Great for all my stuff. Easy to assemble. Well made. Highly recommend

Like: Color, handle, wheels, drawers open and close smoothly. Plenty of room for my relatively small tool collection.Dislike: Bottom bar has major dent, making the bottom drawer unable to be opened. Couldn't easily determine if it was already defective or damaged in shipping/delivery.Needs to off-gas outside since I live in small apartment. Off-gassing of drawer liners (very cheap and very, very strong off-gassing odors) meant I had to discard liners, boxing, and styrofoam immediately into outside trash. The off-gassing of storage unit itself is much less sickly-smelling. Unit is fairly cheap metal, but durable enough for my needs.Because it is too heavy for me to return myself, and box and packing material had to be thrown away, I'm going to keep it and try a heavy-duty mallet to straighten the dent out. And ask for partial or full refund re dent and smells.

My tool box arrived with a dent in the lower right rear bottom panel preventing attachment of the wheel. To qualify for a refund, the return shipping would have cost over $130 on an item that cost $165. Instead of shipping back to the warehouse, I contacted customer service and negotiated a partial refund to accept the defective item. I am hoping I can bang it out or epoxy the wheel mount to the bottom of the cabinet, as it still needs 4 wheels to be stable. Overall, I am pleased that customer service was so responsive and would rate the service as excellent.This is one of the least expensive tool boxes on the market. The sheet metal is thin, so I would recommend it for light use, i.e. for a homeowner, not a professional mechanic, where the needs are less demanding.As other purchasers noted, the liners outgas and smell nasty. I will try to air them out outdoors before using the tool box. Other than that, the drawers slide out smoothly and the lock works fine.I would have liked a slightly taller box as I am 5'10". This was probably designed for the Chinese market, where the average height is lower than in the US. But this is true for all the tool boxes sold on Amazon, so it is what it is.All in all, I got a decent box for the money I spent. With the partial refund, it went from a good value to an outstanding value.

The cabinet and drawers are functional and well constructed, though the metal used is on the thin side. Fine for light duty use but probably not for a commercial garage or such. For the price I paid I'm satisfied.
