Nice safety screws kit.

Did not include proper bit.
Had T25 security bit, but screws are T20. Screw heads are inconstant on size. Over-all poor quality.

Use these for security
This is a good assortment of torx security screws that will discourage the average or opportunistic person from removing what you attach with them. The reason being it requires special bits, and the typical person doesn't have torx on hand when their taking something, let alone security torx (I bet many that run into them don't even know what they are or why their standard torx drivers aren't working). The bits/drivers aren't hard to get, but it's one more way to discourage bad behavior. I don't use them all the time, but I definitely keep them on hand for use when you need to attach a high value or desired object. They included an allen-type wrench, a bit extension, and a security torx bit as well so that you can install them. The fit on the head of the screws is good, but could be better. It can drive and remove them, but I like when things are a tighter fit. In any event, you don't have that many options for security torx screws, and this is a good assortment to keep on hand.

Security screws, don't lose the special driver
First of all, these are indeed stainless steel. They are not completely rust proof, as most stainless steel isn't. They do resist rusting much better than standard metal screws. This is what you want to use for outdoor projects that get exposed to the weather. However the most important thing to know about these is that they are security screws. They cannot be unscrewed with a standard Torx bit. As you can see in my pics, they have a "peg" in the middle of the screw head that requires a Torx bit to have a "hole" that will then fit into that head. So they can't be unscrewed with a standard Torx bit. Of course anyone can buy these special security Torx driver bits, but they are much less popular. I would guess that most people do not have one in their tool chest. That is why I said in my headline to make sure you save that bit that comes with this set.
