Simple to use

I’ve been thru several electric kettles on Amazon over the past decade.This is by far the best kettle with proper temperature control for all types of tea.A must have for any tea lover ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought this in May 2024. And I am a daily tea drinker, so I use my tea kettle. In the 2nd month, the lid popper button broke.I complained to the customer service and they replaced me the whole jug (I had to reuse the previous infuser and base).Now, the base has stopped working. I switch on the system and it trips off.I am pretty sure, I can get another replacement, but I am done. For the money I paid, I expected a better tea kettle. I will go back to chefman.

I like it that it Glass, Stainless Steel, Different Temperature and Stays on for a While, I am enjoying it

Overall, this is a great kettle. It holds a lot of water, and offers multiple options for heating water to various common temperatures. It heats up quite quickly (several minutes to get boiling water), looks nice, and is easy to use.I removed a star from my review for 2 minor annoyances, which could be fixed with either some quality control, or better design (not sure if these are unique to my unit, or present on all units).1. The lid only opens halfway when you push the button. I saw another review that mentioned this, so this is probably a design issue. There really isn't a reason why it shouldn't open all the way, you'd never need/want it half open, so you have to finish opening it by hand.2. The lid doesn't seal properly. There's a rubber ring under the lid that's supposed to seal against the body of the unit, but on mine, one side of the lid doesn't even touch at all, so you can see right into the unit. This doesn't affect the performance of the unit, however it does mean that steam leaks out the side, making the unit hot, and making it a bad idea to leave under a cabinet while in use.All in all, great unit. Just a few tweaks to make it excellent.
