Great bag and delivered in perfect condition. It is definitely water proof. I take it white water rafting and sailing.

Lots of room. I can take my offshore jacket, pants, boots and vest with plenty of room for weekend clothing etc. would have liked to see an outside pocket for phone , flashlight etc storage

Best thing about it is that you could drop this thing overboard and everything will stay dry. The material is very heavy duty. It is a big bag, but if you're not filling it up you can roll the closure down and squeeze the air out of it so it doesn't take up too much space in the crew stowage area. There are a few shortcomings:- It's just a big open bag. No pockets or compartments for keeping little stuff organized.- Opening the bag is loud. The long/wide/strong Velcro closure will wake up all your sleeping crew mates.- It's a bit of a process to open and re-close it ... sort of a pain to just grab something out of your duffel.Overall a good purchase, but the quest for the perfect crew bag continues.

ordered this for someone who was retiring from work and going off to sail in Spain! they said it has been by far the best gift they received and perfect for their ventures. It is great price, nice view, and perfect size!

I am a USRowing Referee. I need a bag to hold all of my gear that is waterproof. I am frequently out on a boat in the rain for hours at a time. This one is big enough to hold all of my stuff while not overly bulky. The bag is 22" long and 12" in diameter, so it can be squished to meet airline carry on requirements.

Haven't used it yet. The true tester will be my husband, as it is a gift for him. Looks like it will keep things nice and dry though. Kinda stiff, but needs to be for the waterproof aspect.

Je n'avais pas réalisé qu'il était si grand ! Un vrai sac de voyage.Pas encore testé en aspersion massive mais il a l'air tout a fait étanche, sauf peut-être en immersion complète et durable ? A tester.
