Tastes great, feels hydrating, and I love the gut health benefits. It serves multiple purposes. The only hydration packet my kids enjoy drinking.

These are my wife's go to. She used to use probiotics capsules but decided to switch to something that she could just add to her daily drink to also stay hydrated. Although the powder is a little thick, it does dissoleves after a few shakes. She really likes these as the taste is good for her without it being overpowering. It is very easy for her to use as it is very confident to carry around while traveling. The packaging is a little thick to contain the powder so it can be a little difficult to open sometimes but nothing crazy.

By adding this to my water I am more likely to drink water throughout the day. Make sure to mix well into water. Sometimes it takes a second to dissolve. If you don’t let it dissolve completely it will throw off the taste and you will definitely taste that vinegar.

I got the product reimbursed. At over $2 a packet, it is overpriced. The packets are made to be mixed with 12 oz of water. Every water bottle that I have used is 16 oz or 500 ml. Every other company makes their mix for 16 oz. So you must pour out a quarter of the water to get the manufacturer-recommended mix. When I added the mix to an empty bottle first, it mixed well. But when I added the mix to a full bottle, it clumped unappetizingly. The flavor is mild but tasty. I had a healthy bowel movement the morning after, so the gut health was good.
