I am leave this review to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the suitcases I recently purchased from your esteemed establishment. It deeply saddens me to inform you that the quality of the suitcases has been far from satisfactory, leading to several inconveniences during my travels.First and foremost, the overall condition of the suitcases leaves much to be desired. The material used seems to be of very poor quality, and it is evident that no attention to detail was given in their manufacturing. The suitcases appear to be flimsy and lack the necessary durability expected from such products.Furthermore, it is disheartening to mention that the lock mechanism on all the suitcases is already broken. The lock, which plays a vital role in ensuring the security of one's belongings, has clearly failed to meet its purpose. This has not only raised concerns about the safety of my possessions but has also caused me unnecessary inconvenience while attempting to secure my belongings during my travels.Additionally, I must highlight the issue with the wheels of these suitcases. Right from the beginning, the wheels have been faulty and do not roll smoothly as expected. This has resulted in significant difficulty and frustration while maneuvering the suitcases, especially in crowded airports and train stations. The poor quality of the wheels has seriously hindered the overall functionality of the suitcases, making travelling an arduous task rather than a seamless experience.

The two cases are absolutely amazing the quality and they are so much better than I actually thought X thankyou to the company xx

I was really looking forward to these suitcases and they are amazing in quality apart from the fact that I received a defected and cracked suitcase. :(

Wheels very stiff and easily break

Brilliant item brilliant seller. The cases are very very good. I got some for my husband and I as we do lots of travelling and they are not only aesthetically nice but sturdy and durable. The seller is a pleasure to buy from! No need to look elsewhere, these cases are the best.

Worst experience ever!!Received the suitcase and immediately noticed it was very flimsy and cheap looking but had no choice but to use as was travelling next day.Within two weeks of purchase both suitcases are now broken with the wheels broken off. Very embarrassing to see your suitcase going round the baggage handler broken.I even had to abandon one on holiday as I couldn’t travel with it and was unable to return outside of UK. I had to spend my holiday buying a brand new one to return home. Upon contacting the seller, I was told I would only get a refund if I returned both items in the original form. Complete joke as I was trying to explain that I could not travel back with a broken suitcase!The seller was very unhelpful when I explained the situation. I had to escalate to Amazon and I hope I get a full refund. Sellers should not be allowed to deceive people like this with crap products.I don’t normally leave reviews but I honestly want everyone to know how terrible this product and service is.

They look amazing, but moreover they look very strong. I haven't tried them yet in a travelling but will try soon and I will see. But so fas they are perfect.

Il prodotto in sé è carino e ricorda le valige in metallo ben più costose. Ho letto molti dubbi sulla qualità ma, a mio parare, è in linea con il prezzo. La valigia e ben strutturata all'interno con vari reparti e fornita con due lucchetti a combinazione. Unica pecca le ruote traballano leggermente, ma in generale è stabile. Spedizione veloce e imballaggio buono. Consiglio
