Needed a second chair in the office for occasional use. Price was right and liked that it sit's upright, reclines and meets my weight. In short, it's comfy, and took me about 15-20 minutes to completely assemble including foot rest. The head position in back may cause issues for those over 6 foot, but I slouch so didn't have an issue (I'm right at 6ft). As other's have stated, it's lower to the ground so this is NOT a desk chair. Seat Height is stated in the MFG specs and that's my fault for not catching that as I'd like it to be another 6-8 inches up. Not a dealbreaker.Locks (turn screws) for the recline function are a little wonky, but again. it's an inexpensive chair. They work and hold it firmly in position. Massage function works. I have nothing to compare it to but you can feel the difference between settings and while at first I though the buzzing would get annoying but sit in it for a bit, stare at the ceiling and it becomes white noise. It's not a $5k massage chair so...... Works for what it is.Wasn't missing any parts, assembled quickly, all electrical works and I fit. In closing:*good price*quick delivery*no missing parts*comfy*for those that are assembly challenged, may take an extra 15-20 to figure a couple things out

I bought two of these chairs for my four season porch. They good quality for the price. Assembly was straight forward and easy to complete in a timely manner. They are comfortable to sit in too.I would have give them five stars but my chairs arrived in boxes that looked like they had been drug behind the delivery truck. They came four days early which is great but no one was home to meet the delivery driver and he didn’t leave them anywhere near my house they were halfway up my driveway toward the highway on the farthest edge of my unattached garage apron from the house.So if you’re looking for a reasonably priced chair that is comfortable this might be it. HomCom I highly suggest you find a different way to ship as your product could easily be damaged with your current method.

This chair and foot stool are just the final touch I needed to finish my bedroom. It doesn’t take up as much room as a recliner and it is just as comfortable. I just ❤️ it!

Great chair for less money. It took a little while to put together because the directions were nor very accurate. The 6 inch screws should be used where the chair back and seat come together. This small size is perfect for shorter people. The quality and comfort are equal to the much more expensive brands! Great price, Great chair!

Chair is okay on comfort but it was very difficult to assemble. Ottoman could not be assembled correctly because the screw holes did not align correctly so the massage feature could not be used because the screws kept falling out so I just unplugged that option on the ottoman. Would not really recommend this chair.

Having a bad back I was very concerned about difficulty in putting the chair together. It was an absolutesnap to accomplish. It took about 45 minutes to remove all the wrapping AND put the chair together.The comfort is amazing. Very full cushioning and construction, sewing is beyond expectation. Very well done. The massage unit for the chair AND integrated to the footstool are outstanding. I could not be morepleased with this purchase. Price was unbelievable for a product of this quality. Thank you so much.

Chair is comfortable and looks great. Massage feature is just a vibration not a kneading but thats what you would expect for this price so not upset. Major issue is the HEIGHT. Chair seat actually only comes up to maybe 16 inches and the arm rests are about 19 inch. This made the chair unusable for the desk I bought it for. Tried to build a wood lift for it but the base if a huge circle which meant I have this giant plank of wood in my office. So that didnt work. and arm rests are so low you cant really use them if you are tall.customer service though 10/10. Super sweet and responsive. Once I sent the photo of the height of the chair they agreed that the listing was misleading and that shipping that giant chair back would be expensive and a hassle so they helped me out with a refund.Overall: would definitely recommend for a reading chair or just a lounge chair but if you want to put this up to any sort of table get a taller chair.
