I love my mason jars. It is great for storage, it seals great.

I love these jars! I use them for everything from my sourdough starter to freshly chopped veggies. The seal is great too- I've put freeze-dried fruit in them and they never got stale. Love the size and the quality has been great!

These worked perfectly for my self serve bouquet bar at my sisters baby shower!!! Have so many different uses as well

I recently bought these in an effort to be using less plastic in our home. I wasn't exactly sure what I would be able to use them for but have found them to be incredibly practical and multipurpose. I use them to store small leftovers, send my husband to work with snacks like cucumbers or homemade muffins. I also use them on the go with my daughter's snacks or to store her snacks. I also make yogurt parfaits for the week in them and they keep incredibly well. The glass is dishwasher friendly but would recommend hand washing the lids as they did start to rust after a couple of washes in the dishwasher. Other than that, we've had no issues and would order different sizes as well.

Of all of the things I have ordered from Amazon, this wins the BEST PACKAGING AWARD!! Seriously! The box has thick foam with circular cutouts the exact size of each jar... keeping them snug in position as the delivery people shuffle the box in and out of the warehouse and trucks. Oh... and the jars are exactly what you would expect from Mason. They are nicely made, and have their signature cursive MASON embossed on one side and a bouquet on the other. I purchased these jars to hold my whole grain berries, homemade granola, nuts, seeds, and more. With the few I have leftover I will store some of my craft supplies, like buttons! So many uses!!!

Look, if you’re planning for the end of the world, forget the canned beans and water filters for a second. The real MVP of apocalypse prep? Mason jars. You heard me.These babies are the Swiss Army knife of containers. I’ve used them to store rice, beans, flour, water, dehydrated fruits, and even a few “just in case” candy bars (hey, if the world’s ending, I’m going out with sugar). They’re practically indestructible - I dropped one from my bunker shelf, and it didn’t even flinch. My toe, however, is still recovering.Also, let’s talk about morale. These jars are thick i was worried they would be cheaply made. Much to my surprise they're worth the money. I've had no problem with them. They seal so quick. I put strawberries in them just to leave in the fridge, not kidding They lasted at least 2 and a half weeks.The size is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

I use these for growing sprouts and for pickled eggs after the chickens eat the sprouts. They are great for these purposes. Based on the thickness of the glass, I don't know if they would hold up to high temperature for canning, but for storage, sprouting and pickling, they work great at a fair price.
