What is the due date of the pills??

My bottles expiration due date is July 2019. So shelf life would be about 18 months or so depending when you purchased.

Does this replace having to take additional iron?

My doctor has me do blood work every 6 months to a year and sometimes I have to take additional b-12 or iron for several months and then I’m usually stop taking the additional vitamins. I hope that helps
