XMONDO Color Berry Depositing Mask, Red Purple Hair Dye, 8 Fl Oz

Love this color. It is the perfect purple pink and it easily can be blended with conditioner to lighten it. It lasts for about five shampoos on my bleached hair if I just use a little bit , about a two tablespoon scoop with four tables spoons conditioner blended. It lasts a lot longer and is a lot more vibrant if it’s applied without blending it. It smells nice and is super healthy treatment. Fun color and high quality hair care combo. I’ve tried a lot of semi permanent hair colors and permanent hair products too and this is my top pick for fun colors.

The item arrived promptly and matched the description provided in the listing with precision. Its fragrance is notably more pleasant than that of comparable dyes. Although the product caused some temporary staining of the hands, the coloring effect faded more quickly than other brands. My daughter chose not to use gloves during application, which likely contributed to the staining. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase.

Color turned out beautiful and very deep cherry/berry colored. I was hoping for more pink tones but overall it’s vibrant and really pretty. There are def multiple uses in one jar, if you have an undercut and medium length hair like me (or have thin hair) I think this one container would definitely be enough for my hair pre cut but it would not be multiple uses, as I have very thick and wavy hair an it was medium-long. It also left my hair feeling very soft after using it and it smelled neutral to slightly pleasant. The wash out was spectacular with very little color loss after rinsing all the dye and shampooing and conditioning. The water was tinted very light pink when rinsing out the shampoo.

What it didn't this do: Have any kind of color deposit in my hair What it did do: Make it super soft and smell good I have dark hair, this could've played a factor but it had absolutely no impact on my GREY hair. If it was gonna show anywhere, it should show up there.

Good color payout. Basically a moisturizing mask with color. Fades nicely.

I have used several different color conditioners, and this one seems to be the best by far. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because it bleeds for a while after washing my hair out. This has caused some issues with keeping the shower walls and floor clear of a colored tint and constant upkeep. However, regarding the actual color and vibrancy in my hair afterward, the smell, texture, and ease of application, I love it all and would not change a thing. I originally used the garnet color about a month ago, and it gave me a rich, beautiful color. With summer here, I wanted to go lighter, so I got the berry one. Since my hair was already on the red side, it did not give me the anticipated berry color. However, since I had lightened the front and center strips of my hair previously, I got the berry color I was hoping for. You can kind of see it in the photo—the front, straighter piece of hair is a bit lighter than the rest of the darker red color. The picture doesn't do it justice, but it has a more purple undertone than the photo shows. I love this product, and it's vegan, which I very much appreciate. Also, I only wash my hair about two times per week and I only have to use this product to recolor my hair every couple weeks. Sure it fades a little, but not like a semi-permanent dye might. This stays in your hair much longer with similar vibrancies depending on your hair type.

This is so easy to apply. I recommend using gloves when applying.

Amazing color payoff

I am a huge huge fan of Brad Mondo. I've been watching his videos for years. Brad, and a dear hairdresser friend of mine teach me a lot about hairdressing. I am so passionnate about it. I tried and learned alot about so many color products. I wanted to try one of his colors for years. I cannot believe how amazing the product is, the consistency is very very nice and easy to put on. But of course, it will stain and Brad always specifies to wear gloves. (Vaseline can also help not to stain around the head or any spot). Annnnnd. If you have a stainless steel sink for colors, it will save your bathtub believe me. 🌸 The colors bleeds a bit of course, but nothing too dramatic. Xx I wanted to also show the base i was working on (Picture result of the bleach). I had and usually go with Olia 1.0 Black box dye. ( I wish i could use better, but i am waiting so bad for the Xmondo Black color to be available in Canada). But i still did an amazing and decent job! ☺️ I kinda wanted to cry, because i never had in my hands a product of such an amazing youtuber and person like him and it felt like such a great experience, doing what i love. I have to also say that of course, after a little bleach session, the hair is a little dry, but the color hydrated my hair, and felt very soft and healthy. Once its faded, i absolutely want to try the blue. (I want to match with Inosuke in Demon Slayer. ❤️) The quantity is also pretty generous for the price, i know i can't say much because i only did the front of my hair, but if i would have done it, my whole head would of been fine with one. ☺️ ( I know my hair is still pretty short tho, but in case you are a bob girly with thick hair, you should be fine. 🌸) Thank you Xmondo!!! Best semi permanent hair mask. My hair is beyond soft & the color is beautiful 😍 Great for damaged hair, great for everyone! I have psoriasis on my scalp & it didn’t irritate it , wow! UPDATE! Color is holding after 4 washes, amazing! My hair has NEVER been healthier

Wouldn’t cover greys. I had high hopes for this hair color but it seems to be cut with conditioner so not very strong and wouldn’t cover my grey hairs. I tried leaving it on for hours and it just wouldn’t take. It doesn’t stain your skin as bad as the other stronger hair color but it just didn’t work for me. Sorry Brad.
