Arrived as expected. Easy to install. Works perfectly for an 11 who wants to keep her brother out of her room.

I have several fingerprint/code automatic door locks and this one was super easy to install and setup. Took maybe 10 minutes. I bought another one for my garage door and plan on buying another soon for my son’s bedroom door. I’ve had them now for a few weeks and haven’t had any problems. Will update if something changes.

Considering how expensive this door lock is, I had very high hopes. The first time I ordered it, it was missing a screw which led me to replace the item. After days of waiting for the new one to come in I was even more disappointed than the first time. It looks different than what the other reviews look like. It seems to be that I received a returned item due to the damage. I initially looked past the damage as it wasn’t a huge deal to me, I went to set it up. Brand new batteries and it does not work. I have had two other people try to install it incase it was operator error but it was clear that it was not. It would not stop beeping and the key pad did not light up. The key card and keys also look like very poor quality. Highly disappointed and do not recommend waiting your money on this.

Installation was pretty simple and straight forward. Looks decent enough. The rosette was a bit smaller than the one it replaced, leaving a visible ring from the previous installation.Instructions for programming didn't seem quite accurate. Reason for the star removal.Overall, though, it keeps the snacks in the pantry, where they belong.
