They work as intended, I use all bands, very good for cable rows, tricep extensions. High quality product and will definitely by again in case I wear them out. Nice chart of various exercises included.

I’m a new mom and needed a way to workout at home with a baby and these are a great option! Easy to store and don’t take up a lot of space. They come with 6 different weights of bands, ankle and handle attachments and a straps to attach to the door all for a very reasonable price. They are sturdy and made well.

I like this product as it is easy to switch from one resistance band to another. I only give these a 4 because the pounds listed is only the amount after stretched about 12 feet. I'm not sure who has 12 feet to use when using these. However, they are durable and able to get the job done.

Estas bandas me han ayudado tanto a estirar en el gym, tambien puedo entrenar prácticamente todo tren superior con estas bandas, super recomendadas si quieres empezar a entrenar y tienes poco presupuesto

Bands seem to be pretty solid and made well, I just wish the band clips were slightly larger to make it easier to attatch multiple bands to the handles. Would give it a 5* after a week of use but I’m too nervous to use the included 70 lb band. Received the kit last week and that one band(that I know of) has gouges/deep scratches in it and I’ve been too nervous to use it because I’m pretty sure it will snap. Hoping I can receive a replacement for that one band vs sending the whole kit back and waiting.

Die verschiedenen Zugstufen sind gut aufeinander abgestimmt, so dass nach einem Wechsel auf ein nächst stärkeres "Kabel" zwar eine deutlich spürbare Erhöhung des Widerstandes feststellbar ist, dennoch vernünftig weitertrainiert werden kann. Die mitgelieferten Griffe liegen gut und bequem in der Hand. Die Fitnessbänder können zudem dank Zubehör fast überall befestigt werden. Durch die vorhandenen Karabinerhaken lässt sich das Zubehör schnell, praktisch und sicher wechseln / befestigen. Der Aufbewahrungsbeutel ist stabil und groß genug, dass man alles gut unter bringt.Dem Set liegt zwar eine Anleitung mit div. durchführbaren Übungen bei, welche meines Erachtens jedoch noch etwas ausführlicher beschrieben werden (wichtig gerade für Anfänger) und qualitativ hochwertiger (Broschüre anstatt Faltblatt, Materialstärke / -bescbichtung) sein könnte.Trotz dieses Umstands ziehe ich keinen Stern ab, da die Qualität des Sets, die Verarbeitung und das verwendete Material für mein Empfinden top sind.

Tengo dos hijas pequeñas así que mi tiempo para el deporte se ha reducido a lo que puedo hacer en casa. Hace unos meses compré unas tiras elásticas y estaban bien, pero se me quedaban algo cortas.Vi este conjunto y estoy encantado con la compra.Los tubos elásticos con mosquetón se enganchan fenomenal a las asas, pudiendo combinar varias hasta llegar a una resistencia muy alta. Las asas son mucho más cómodas que las gomas.El anclaje a puerta es duro y aguanta bien. Obviamente no es un TRX, pero tampoco cuesta lo mismo!Las correas para tobillo aún no las he usado, pero tienen pinta de ser bastante resistentes.Vienen con una bolsa para guardar todo (que ocupa bastante) y una guía que para hacerte una idea inicial de cómo entrenar está guay, y más adelante ya lo puedes ir adaptando a tus gustos.Para terminar también trae bandas elásticas que, como he dicho, me resultan más incómodas pero para un viaje son mucho más prácticas porque no ocupan nada.Gran compra.
