Not worth it
Uncomfortable and very hard. Caused more discomfort than you can even begin to imagine.

feels great!
This back stretcher is hard foam with a bumpy surface. It is firm like a yoga block. I'm pretty creaky, but am able to use it as directed and lay on the floor with the device behind my back. After five minutes, my back feels very good. Hubby and I now both use this and both think it is terrific.

My son and husband love it
But for me it doesn’t do much. Still, everyone else who tried it cracks their back on it. It’s a little uncomfortable for me, but I guess that’s the point. Decent price and really cute though

It makes a difference
The product was surprisingly effective in providing relief in my lower back. Within minutes I felt the same type of relief I only got from a chiropractor visit in the past. It doesn't have that effect everytime I use it but it's often enough.
