Does the turbo brush work well ?

It has worked great for me. My carpet is full of kitty and dog hair and the turbo brush has worked great picking it up.

It is very noisey when using on floors, is it supposed to be?

Mine is not very noisy at all. You might want to check the height setting on the front, raise it up a bit if necessary. I will say this is a very powerful vacuum with very sufficient suction power.

Are there one or 2 agitators

The BISSELL CleanView Rewind Upright Vacuum 3534 uses one brush roll and comes with a dusting brush and a Pet Turbo brush tool.

Power watts? did not specify! wait before purchasing.

I don’t know how many watts it has, but it seems very powerful to me. I had 2 Shark vacuums before this and they were lousy. Very underpowered. So far, I have been very pleased. Good value for the money.
