I've been looking for the most compact bench that had a decent weight capacity and this fit the bill nicely.The functions are intuitive and the main locking bar is sturdy and has a very positive engagement. The cushion is on the stiffer side but it feels very stable. Looks like a longboard when collapsed and has a low deck height of 4 inches. Can easily slide under a sofa or bed. Comes with a hanging hook so that it can be wall-mounted.My only complaint is the hanging hook itself. The holes for the mounting bolts are arranged horizontally. by several inches. I wish they were vertical so that it can be mounted to a stud.Overall, pretty happy.

This bench is amazing! It is very sturdy and well made. The padding is thick on both the back rest and seat. It has wheels on one side so that it can easily be moved and it's collapsable so it can lay flat and be stored under a bed or behind a door. I love using this bench and highly recommend it to anyone for their home gym.

The media could not be loaded. This is my fourth weight bench. The previous three were $100 benches. I could immediately tell the difference with this DHT bench before I even took it out of the box. This bench is a lot heavier than my previous ones. It weighs 48 pounds. It arrived assembled so I could immediately start using it.The quality of this bench is clearly evident. It is very solid and sturdy. Adjustments are smooth, quick and easy, and it can adjust into a lot of different positions. It folds flat and has rollers on one end so you can store it out of the way, either slid under a bed or leaned against a wall.When the bench is in a flat position, there is a pretty big gap between the seat and the back as you can see in one of my photos. Some may not like that. I have no issue with it. In fact, I do an exercise called seated good mornings, and that gap is a welcomed place to keep my man parts from getting squeezed.The bench can be adjusted into a decline position, and my only complaint is it is pretty useless in that position. When I get on it in the decline position, I slide right off and there is no good place to hook my feet or wrap my legs around to hold myself up. If decline exercises are an important part of your exercise regime then you should look at a different bench.

Unfortunately, this bench is made with the lowest quality materials, so arrived with a ripped cushion and bended frame.

I love this bench! It’s many adjustable features are so convenient for implementing multiple workouts. Because it’s foldable it can be placed in a closet or under a bed leaving room for other things. There are plastic caps on each leg corner and one of mine already cracked but that could be from moving it so much. If you have an at home gym and leave it in one spot most of the time, you should be good. Overall sturdy bench, easy to wipe clean, and compact for storing. I’m happy with it!

I like that this exercise bench can be adjusted in many different angles for different kinds of workouts. It’s sturdy and is easy to use. I really like that it can lie flat for a more compact and easy space saving storage. It’s just right to have for a home gym.
