Very good, read all reviews before buying and reaches the the high reviews. I use it 3 times a week. Easy to build and eady to operate. Gets up to high temp, but I only use 60°. Chair comfy for time useage and sturdy, great sauna and would highly revommend.

Great value. Heated up quickly. I felt sweat trickling down my chest after 10 minutes. Bad points : that folding chair 😂 same as the one I had with the steam sauna : uncomfortable. I made a small bench out of pine, and that fits in here too. Cover it with a small towel. Cover the footpad with a small towel. Get a microfibre gym towel and wrap it around your neck. This will also help to seal the tent and heat better, but after 20 minutes ( I couldn't stand any more! ) you just need to get out, taking these 3 towels with you. Simple clean up. A big upgrade from my faithful steam version, which I had been using for 2 years. Really helps after HIIT training. I would highly recommend

I have used this sauna once so I can't vouch for longevity yet but it works superbly. However, I am a 5 2" 60kg female and its just the right size for me. Anyone larger may struggle. The foot pad and the seat are a snug fit in the tent. Other than this I am impressed with the quality of the unit, it gets really hot and the foot pad is a superb extra and reaches heats seen only in molten lava. The sweat poors off you but it has a large sponge pad in the bottom that collects it. Its easy to wipe down and practically a pop-up set up. Really happy with the purchase but it's probably not going to be comfortable to use for anyone over 70-80Kgs.

Very poor quality those are tie with cable tie in demand full refund that a garbage only used it once .there's no option for return. Its send you to the website and no help at all .

I am so impressed with this. Assembly is super easy as it’s like a pop up tent. My body felt so relaxed after my first session. I have fibromyalgia and heat helps with my pain so I chose this sauna. Very good value for money :) Can’t wait to use it again.

Using this portable sauna after a long day of coding is a fantastic way to unwind. It heats up quickly, reaching a comfortable 60°C in no time, which helps ease muscle aches from sitting at my desk too long. The included remote makes adjusting the temperature simple, and the heated foot pad is a useful feature. I had doubts about the size, but it's actually spacious enough for me at 6'4"". The foldable chair is decent, though not the most comfortable for longer sessions, but that's a small trade-off for the ease of having an infrared sauna at home. Storage is easy – it folds away neatly, which is important in a flat where space is limited. The material feels sturdy, and so far, it's holding up. I just wish it had a slightly stronger zip for easier access. Still, it fits well into my relaxation routine.

Like a different customer, I wanted to have a safe sauna at home and loved the design and easy setup. Unfortunately the remote control would not work properly and the heat could not be regulated or monitored - it would show random numbers that could not be set. I'm returning it the seller, but will reorder, hoping for a better one. This will me my second and last attempt.

I bought this sauna about 5 months ago and am using it on daily basis to help me with leg pain and arthritis-like symptoms. It works fantastic at giving me relief without the use of painkillers or opioids. Not only do I feel much better after using this sauna, no more pain for a couple hours, I also sweat so much I feel like I went to the beach, without leaving the comfort of my house. lol By the amount of sweating it causes me, I'm convinced it must have great results for my circulation and many health benefits overall. I use the sauna at 140F for "more results" but even at 110F or 120F, it feels so relaxing, I love it! The sauna is very well made, was not complicated to assembly and I can only thank SereneLife for this incredible machine and recommend this wonderful product. I had a little issue at some point with the power box, it can happen with any product, no big deal but I wrote to SereneLife and they offered me pristine service and support. They replied quickly and sent me a new tent with electric box free of charge so all was fixed so fast and I greatly appreciate how SereneLife made me feel like I was a valued customer. I cannot recommend this sauna enough, I hope to use it for as long as I can but will certainly buy one of SereneLife products again in the future and I give it 5 stars! Thank you SereneLife!! :)

I bought 38 IN. Was little worry about the size, but should not. My parameters: 5.2” and 180lb. It’s plenty of space! Works wonderful! I got sweat in about 15 min. My first session lasted 1 hour in total, but with three breaks. 20+20+20 min. In between I got cold contrast shower. I really missed it, because to go to public sauna became too expensive. In our area it’s $50-65 CAD, I got this one for $240 and can enjoy it every day, that what I am going to do now. Hopefully I would not regret it. And working condition of the product will last for long time. I am really happy with it!
