I love this paper. I almost write exclusively with fountain pens, so good paper is a must for me. This paper ticks all my boxes: it's thin, my pens glide over it, and it does not have any bleed through or feathering. I'll be back to get more once I'm through with my current book.

MD paper is absolutely wonderful, great price for quality of paper you get. A couple of things:1. Great with fountain pens2. The paper is pretty sturdy it can stand up to wet pens, but they won't dry super fast3. Although the cover is Kraft paper, it is substantial to use in your lap without a table4. Only real complaint would be that the bookmark comes out pretty easy.

I love paper that is smooth to write on and this is my favorite - a least as good as Rhodia.

This is a favorite notebook of mine. It’s slightly toothy and great for using a fountain pen. It does not bleed through and no ghosting. Would reorder again.

very good product. have purchased 10+ times (various formats such as A4, A5, A6) from midori.as someone who enjoys to make my own notebooks and bookbinding, I on occasion go back to MD when I don't have time to put together a book.

Great notebook 7 notebooks will last awhile. The paper is exceptional as well. The cover on it is a thicker paper which makes it able to be put it a notebook cover or not.

This was a gift for my wife and it's so nice and of such high quality she's reticent to use it. Oh well. It's really fantastic.

Great paper with a minimalist book design. All things considered, you can buy a high quality book for about 10 bucks. It works well with my fountain pens and displays sheening inks well, which was my first impetus for getting a midori md. The ink shadows a little, but it doesn't bleed through. I pair it with a pencil board (aka shitajiki) so I don't dent the page behind.A con I have is that these books usually have wild price fluctuations and are relisted CONSTANTLY, meaning you have to look to see if its the cheapest option, or if the relisted version is cheaper. Generally, when the price drops, I buy a couple more than I think I'll need, cause the price doesn't stay low forever.
