Having several pieces of Laminate flooring to sort out I was a bit sceptical that this item was going to work, I could not have been more wrong, worked perfectly, got the job done in about ten minutes. It is slightly difficult to release it from the flooring but I used a thin edge paint scrapper which did the trick. I did not think that the cost was too high, when you compare to having a tradesman to do the job.

It's great once it grips, it took me a couple of attempts at first. So good was the grip that it wouldn't come off! Used a credit card to ease it off as per instructions. Used it to replace a board in the middle of a large floor, this made it a lot easier. Can't say yet how long a pad will last, but I think it was worth it just for this job alone. Probably a bit pricey but I would expect to pay a tradesmen over twice for this repair.

This item lost it sticky within 2 clean planks. So I was unable to use and sent it back

Great bit of kit, the sticky element worked for most of the job, but it may have just been me not cleaning it often enough.

If your fitting laminate flooring this is definitely a must to make life easy, certainly reduces the Rick of damaging the edges of the planks.

Worked very well first go then as others have stated, a couple of planks in, it just doesn't stick adequately enough, the ends are flimsy too, and tend to fall off, not worth the money I'm afraid

… but wow! Works a charm! Have wasted more money than this trying other approaches. Fantastic piece of kit. Recently used on textured laminate, and it stuck down better than a plunger style would on smooth surface.Would 100% recommend.
