I love it. It fits perfectly in my apartment. The frame for the pullout bed is very stable and easy to assemble. The couch arrived disassembled but it was reasonably feasible for me to put it together myself. I got the black air leather model and am very happy with the look and feel of the material. Would buy again if I had the space for another one.

Storage area in this sofa is spacious. I used this in a spare bedroom. I love the color which is vibrant, it's not velvet as the description states. It's more like a microfiber, which I'm happy with. It's not very comfortable for me to sit on unless I use the chaise mainly because I'm 5'7" and this sofa is rather small which I'm fine with also since the bedroom I put it in is rather small. Easy to install, only needed help attaching the two pieces together. The pull out portion has rollers for smooth transition. I love this couch and how it has transformed this space. For optimal comfort take the back cushions off when transforming into sleeper.

The couch was easy to assemble and it looks good. I like the fabric . However, it's like sitting on a park bench. Very hard. I wish I had known that. Not comfortable to sit on at all

We needed a new couch and wanted one that had the capability for overnight guests and if we needed it for a sleepover. I slept on it last night and it was firm but very comfortable! So far so good we’ve had it since yesterday.Unfortunately, we discovered that the brackets to insert the armrest to the chaise lounge were upside down. Easily fixed, unscrew, flipped, and screwed. The bigger issue was with the loveseat back. The rods did not line up with their insertion, and we had to use different tools to bang the rod and the supporting bracket so they could be put together. That took over an hour. Otherwise, putting this couch together was a breeze.So far the value for the money is good, but we have to see if it holds up.

If you're looking for a high end sofa, this product is NOT for you.This sofa is HONEST. The manufacturer doesn't claim it to be a super premium product and, in fact it's not.It's a very decent inexpensive sofa. Quality is actually surprisingly good for the price.Foam is firm, the "air leather" is nothing more than a synthetic leather. Time will tell me if the foam is good quality.Packaging is heavy, but if you open the package, you will find two huge but not absurdly heavy parts and other smaller parts that are easy to carryAssembly is EXCELLENT. Super easy, screw in 12 legs (no tools needed, done in 1 minute) then connect the two bottom parts and then connect the two backs and put the pillows. Believe it or not, it was assembled in SIX MINUTES! What could be easier?I had an issue with the delivery and seller proactively contacted me and made things right.I'm happy with my order, I would buy it again and I would definitely recommend it.Update: Seller was very nice and proactive to solve the issue after I left a 1 star review for the company because the sofa was delivered at my neighbor's house, ignoring my delivery instructions.Anyway, the company offered me a compensation for the hassle I had, but didn't honor that. They offered me a $60 refund on my order, which seems fair because that's the same amount I paid my neighbor's to bring my sofa upstairs.For this reason, I'm updating my review to 1 star. When you promess something to a PAYING customer, you honor it.I am also a Vine reviewer, but this sofa was NOT ordered through Vine, it costed me money out of my pocket, full price, just like any regular purchase, I have delivery instructions very clear because of a medical condition. It's "a little bit impossible" for somebody on a wheelchair to bring a sofa upstairs, my address is upstairs, not in front of my neighbor's house downstairs. The seller delivered it to the wrong place and I had to pay third party people to complete the service they should've done right first time. Ok, mistakes can happen, so the seller contacted me (I didn't reach the seller, they reached me) and promised something, but they didn't honor.Be careful when buying from this company. Although the product seems to be, honestly, excellent for the price, the seller attitude was not.Update July 17th 2024FIVE MONTHS after purchasing this sofa, the "air leather" (which is just a silly name they gave to the cheapest and thinner synthetic leather) is DISSOLVING and flaking everywhere. The foam is also so deformed that the internal structure can be seen at distance. Sitting on it is now extremely uncomfortable because it feels like sitting straight on lumber.Purchasing this sofa was a complete nightmare. Please ignore the beginning of this review, which I'm going to leave there so people can have a time-line of the issues happening. FIVE MONTHS! ONLY FIVE MONTHS this sofa survived in a home with two adults. I cannot say we spent more than 24 hours total sitting on this sofa during those five months. It was used as a sleeper for literally ONE NIGHT.BEWARE! Stay away from this product. It is a complete waste of money.

I'm giving it 5 stars, but it's a firm sofa. Nobody has been able to really sleep on this sleeper because it's so firm and so stiff that it's not cozy. I suppose that's not really the point, but it is a sleeper without much sleep power unless you want to put a blanket under you to sleep better. I would say this sofa is nice and a nice color and besides from the stiffness of the sofa, it's a very good item. It's very much a dupe of an IKEA product, but it works, maybe a bit smaller. Anyway I like it and it does save space.

Side arms of the sofa came with the hinges screwed on upside down completely on one side and with one upside down hinge on the other side. This means I have one side arm that is completely loose from the main sofa piece. Will see if I can unscrew them to put them in the right position. Quality seems to be ok (white air leather). Only time will tell how long this sofa will last.

Fits perfectly… beautiful couch… didn’t really need the instructions to put it together.
