I’ve used GoPros before, but the HERO12 Black takes it to the next level. The video quality is stunning — crisp 5.3K HDR, and the 27MP photos come out insanely detailed, even in motion. The 64GB card is fast enough to handle the high-res footage, and the variety of mounts and accessories really cover everything — head strap, chest mount, floating handle, even a mini tripod. I didn’t need to buy anything extra.Only thing I’ll note is the camera can get warm during long recordings, and you’ll want to grab an extra battery for longer shoots. Still, this kit is solid and ready to go right out of the box.If you’re serious about capturing action or travel content, this setup is a beast. Highly recommend!

I had been using an older Kodak HD camera, but it died recently, so it was time for an upgrade. This camera is a lot better overall, and the wireless integration seems like a nice feature, but I could not get my iPhone 15 to recognize it within the app. So far, I've just transferred the videos directly to my laptop, which is what I've done with the Kodak.I'm using it a car for when I'm driving on a track. The Image quality is really good, and field of view is more than what I got with the Kodak. The camera does a decent job of filtering out wind noise. I was hoping there'd be a way to integrate an external mic, but I haven't researched enough to see if that's possible. With the noise cancellation, I am beginning to wonder if it's even necessary. I ended up getting 60-70 minutes of battery life for video. I just hopped on the GoPro bandwagon, so I don't know if that's bad or good.The accessory pack is good, although the image shown is a little misleading. It seems to imply that you're getting a second battery. My kit did not include a battery (one came with the camera). That's when I read the Details of the listing, which doesn't list a battery, yet there it is in the photo (to the left of the Memory card adapter). I also can't remember if I got a memory card, because I ordered several of the same size and capacity as the one in this kit, they both arrived around the same time. Otherwise, all of the accessory brackets and such are decent, and necessary. If the GoPro package itself had an adapter to a standard camera mount, I might not have purchased the kit. The tripod is ok, but small, and I will probably make use of the Selfie Stick, if only to annoy other people around me. I'm not really complaining about the kit, and it's hard to argue against it, because it's a really good value for what you get. Who knows? Maybe I'll use it on a boat, and use the yellow float attachment, or maybe I'll attach it to my helmet at some point, and the accessory case is really good if you need to hold just the essentials for your trip, like a couple batteries and a charger, charging and transfer cables, and the mount pieces you need.

Lots of pieces. I'll eventually figure them out. Would have been nice to have an instruction manual.

It is well equipped. I am very pleased, but this package comes with more GoPro accessories than I have any use for.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Had it for a year, never got water inside the camera. Took it on one vacation last summer then got it out to record the lightning storm last night and it won’t turn on…. Quality product for 500$… not
