They really are as good as they say they are!
I bought this set of pots, pans, and knives for my wife for Christmas, even though I tend to do more cooking than she does. Our old Calphalon pans were really worn out and in dire need of replacement. I'd considered HexClad but when I saw the TV commercial for the GraniteStone Armor Max set I was intrigued. I'll admit to being a bit skeptical of their performance until I watched a few 3rd-party YouTube reviews and decided to give them a shot. Now that I've been cooking on them for a month and a half, I can say that I'm very pleased with their performance. They are truly nonstick, and their Teflon (?) coating seems to be much harder than that of the Calphalon pans I'm most familiar with. Hopefully these will last even longer than our old pans did. My wife really appreciates how much lighter these pans are than the Calphalon; I was initially worried that this would mean that they do not heat as evenly, but as Project Farm's YouTube testing shows, the GraniteStone pans are among the best in applying even heat to your food. I have not noticed any problems with hot spots or controlling the heat. The pour strainer lids on the pots are very useful and help cleanup since I no longer need to use a separate strainer that also needs to be washed. The GraniteStone lids are a good deal lighter than the heavy Calphalon lids, but they seem to be built every bit as strong. The knives were delivered nice and sharp, although I will be sharpening them more soon. They have held their edge nicely so far, and the Armor Max coating on them helps prevent food from sticking to them as I cut. It definitely seems to make a difference.Overall, I am very happy with these pots, pans, and knives, and I have no hesitation recommending them. They are a fantastic deal!

Nice pots and pans
Overall I do like the pot n pans. They heat up nice and evenly and are easy to clean. The lids fit perfectly and the ones with drain vents, drain the liquid without and liquid seaping out the sides. I have been 'babying' them with all non-metal utencils, just to play it safe. The knives that came with it are nice, but they have no edge and are dull as dull can be. It took awhile to put enough of an edge on them to actually use them. Other than that, the pot/pan set is really nice. Lets see if they last and hold up to time. If they start to show wear too quickly, I will adjust this posting.

Love them!
They really are non-stick. Cleaning them is so easy. Heat distributes evenly and the quality is great. Great value for the money.

No, you will NOT get a 12" pan and DO NOT put them in the dishwasher!
If you look at the pictures at the top for this item, one shows the side of the box stating you get a 10" and a 12" pan. Not true. if you go waaaay down to the bottom at "Product Information", it states that you get an 8" and a 10" pan. When it arrived, that is what I got. I knocked off a star for this - it is misleading at best. I'm lookin' at *you* Amazon! Also - while you *can* put these in the dishwasher, doing so could discolor your pots and pans, and it will wear down the seasoning faster.I ended up buying the 12" skillet separately - it was also on sale.If you want these to perform, you MUST season your cookware.Hand wash them out of the box. Then get some oil (I used Avocado oil), and some paper towel and coat the cooking surfaces, and wipe away the excess.Put them in the oven face down, heat them to 300 degrees for at least an hour. Let them cool, wipe away the excess and repeat another 3 times.Since doing this, I have pan fried Ahi Tuna in a very gooey Ginger/Garlic/ Brown Sugar sauce, cooked a couple of eggs over easy, and pan fried some chicken drumsticks and breasts. All without adding any oil or butter to the pan. Nothing stuck to the pans.Cleanup took all of 30 seconds with a hand wash.At some point down the road, I will start to see that things start to stick. At that point, I will re season them. These are very light weight. The pots and pans cool quickly when you turn off the heat. In fact, the stainless steel handles will take much longer to cool than do the pots and pans.I would have given this 5 stars, but for the issues noted at the top of this review. If you give these proper care, they should give satisfactory performance for many years.

Beautiful
I've wanted a set like these for a long time, they're so beautiful and a nice weight also that I don't want to use them because of ht beauty.

Maybe because it's new?
Favorite thing: metal utensil safe and oven safe up to 500° making them as versatile as cast iron. Also dishwasher safe, apparently (I don't have one)Maybe because they're new pots and pans they cook well and clean up even better, but they're so much better than Teflon- or similarly coated pans as the non-stick doesn't chip off into your food. The knives aren't in the top 10 in the world, BUT they are nowhere near the worst and are a welcome replacement to the knives I have had for entirely too long.

False Advertising ?
I saw these on aTV ad. Thought they looked good and bought a set. For some reason I actually read the maintenance card enclosed with them. Surprise , surprise. " You may wash these in a dishwasher but we suggest hand washing with a mild dish soap. We suggest using silicone cooking utensils. You may use metal tongs or spatula to turn the food. Do Not use a hand held or electric mixer." I'm sorry, but I'm positive I've seen ads , before and after I bought these , that show someone mashing potatoes with a " Hand Held ELECTRIC Mixer ! Also after about ten uses my skillet has a few spots that require some extra scrubbing to get some sticky spots off. That's in the sink with some " Mild Dish Soap " of course ! I'm not a big fan.

Not bad
Pleasantly surprised by these pans. Very lightweight compared to our old set. Even heating, easy to clean. I like the built in strainer in the tops although it makes them harder to clean ( no biggie.) The knives are an extra bonus. Not the most comfortable knives to work with. The handles are odd, maybe it’s just me…. It’s probably me. Good stuff if you’re looking for an affordable pan set. I’ll update if things go terribly wrong.
