When I received this espresso machine, it was broken. It wouldn't turn in, I'm not certain how but I don't blame the manufacturer for that. I reached to support with my order number and a video of it not functional and they offered me to send me a replacement without any hassle or provide a refund if I preferred. I chose a replacement (they were out of this one but sent me a slightly better one). Fantastic customer support, the one I have now works perfectly (even better) for what's expected at the price point, and I greatly appreciate it not being a pain to remedy the situation. Overall, I give the experience 5 stars because of the ease of fixing the problem and the incredible customer support.

This is an awesome expresso machine, I worked making expressos for a year and this one it’s a nice one, but just something you need to know, if you wanting this one to make regular coffee buy something else cause this one is to make frappes or iced cappuccino, etc. so it means that this machine will make shots of coffee no regular coffee, when i saw the reviews before, I notice that people was expecting to get a full cup of just coffee at ones and that’s not how it works this is just for coffee shots, meaning that you have to add a lot of milk and ice and etc, so go to YouTube and watch videos of different types of iced coffees and it will show you so many different ways to make it with this espresso machine, and you’ll fall in love…. I love this expresso maker!!!!! And the machine work fine, just follow the introductions and I promise that everything will work how it should be, sometimes people just start playing with it and because they didn’t read the introductions, something doesn’t work how it should be and they say that it’s broken, so please reas the introductions.

Works well.... Very Easy to use. It's also very fast.... As an espresso machine should be. Brewing and steaming milk were lightning quick.... Made a very tasty cappuccino. I do the milk first, then brew the coffee and combine. Do yourself a favor and get a Burr grinder to go with this machine. Grind it fine, mix it, tamp it down. The you'll get a nice crema. You can use any coffee you want.Cleanup is very easy.6/23 Update: The steamer wand no longer works. Water was leaking out of the front of the unit. The machine got incredibly hot so it seemed unsafe to use for coffee. I'm able to return it since it's within the 30 day Amazon window. A replacement is on the way. 2 stars have been deducted for the issue.Replacement update: working fine so far. 1 star added back. When it's working normally, I really like this machine and the cappuccinos it makes.Final update: replacement unit no longer works at all. RETURNED......DO NOT BUY! Wish I could leave ZERO stars.

I honestly really love this espresso machine. Now, this is my first espresso machine, it's not the nicest on the market but with quality beans, a distributor, and a decent tamper, this little machine pulls quite the nice shot of espresso. I got confused how to run water through it the first time but once I figured it out it was easy peasy from there. I love that this machine does double shots as well. I'm happy with this machine however I have to admit I have a breville espresso machine on my Christmas list. The ihomekee is just a stepping stone but if cost is an issue this is a great machine for the price.

You need a 15 bars pump to pull 9 bars out of the coffee, this is the ideal format for a good shot... bars are basically like psi. So this is running the standard for a shot of expreso. This machine works good not sure if it'll last, I had to get the 1st one replaced as it didn't work out of the box amazon replaced it no problem, now I just need to ship the 1st one back. Anything less then 15 bars is kinda a waste of time and money better off getting a moca pot.

Good coffee froth with brew, easy to use but water drips after.Is that normal?

I loved this coffee maker, the coffee is too good. Of course you have to buy good coffee, like Colombian examples.

I bought this machine for work, thinking it would made decent coffee, but boy was I wrong! It is way more than decent, it brews amazingly well! I defiantly recommend this mighty machine!
