The TN-760 is rated for 3,000 pages, which is an approximated average you can expect. If you keep your printer and its cartridges in a cool air conditioned environment and never allow them to be exposed to high temperatures or humidity, then it should last many years. Temperatures over 100 degrees in particular can drastically reduce the life of the toner because it is made of wax.
