How many of these heaters are recommended for a 1 person sauna?

This depends on the voltage in your home and the maximum power your single sauna can allow, and to take into account the maximum current your sauna wiring can withstand, usually we produce saunas with 110V, we usually control the total power to about 1500W, so if there are no other heaters in your sauna, we recommend you to have four of our sauna If you have other heaters in your sauna room, you need to add up the power of all the heaters and calculate the total power to determine how many more of our sauna heaters you can have.

Is there a Temperature controller recommended for this item?

If you have an existing sauna, you do not need to replace the controller, you only need to buy our products of corresponding voltage to replace the heater in your original sauna, you can use the control panel of your original sauna to adjust the temperature, if your home voltage is 110V please buy our 110V link, if your home sauna is 220V voltage, please buy our 220V products

do i need an addition heat source in a sauna?

The red light gives off heat, I think you would be fine without an additional heat source, my sauna has 4 of the infrared style and gers up to 145 degrees. I replaced one with red light and it still heats up to 145 degrees

I have a 110v clear light sauna which has a plug for an additional full spectrum heater inside. Is this compatible with that plug?

Product looks well thought out and built but absolutely ZERO paperwork included as to suggestions ot instructions on how to install. The manufacturer's website is also useless for info and does not offer FAQ or any way to get through to customer service.
