5 stars for the quality of a mass- produced piece of furniture that you have to assemble yourself.3 stars for the assembly instructions: Nothing was damaged, everything was there, but parts are not numbered or labeled, so that I really had to rely on the image of the finished, put- together bench to fully understand where what part was to go.I would not recommend heavy people to use this. Although it still feels sturdy, this is not exactly heavy- duty. It looks good, and the kickstand for the storing compartment is excellent: It stays up and you can use both your hands to arrange things in there. The compartment is not very deep nor large, but a few couch blankets fit in there easily. Cannot talk of durability yet, but let us hope it will last. Update: I thought my cat would dislike the fabric and not scratch it--- but she does. Less attractive to her than fabric chairs, though!

It’s a good size and fabric is quality. Easy assembly . Put together with provided allen wrench in about an hour.

I usually don't buy items off of Amazon that don't have reviews but I couldn't find another teal ottoman for this price so I gave it a try, and I'm glad I did!!! I only gave 4 stars because it wasn't the easiest to put together. I like buying furniture and putting together, so I feel like I'm pretty good at it. The only hard part on this was the bottom - the holes didn't line up and was almost cut at an angle and took a lot of strength to push and hold together to get the screws in. Because of this, there's a gap in the bottom on both sides. But, its on the inside and takes nothing away from the outside look of the ottoman. I'm glad I bought it and would buy again.

Very happy with bench for guest room. It was easy to assemble and looks more expensive than it is.

This product is sturdy and has plenty of storage. The air shock is awesome and holds the seat open for you with no problems. Very happy with this product.

Easy to assemble, looks great, nice storage compartment

It's a pretty bench and once properly together it feels sturdy. The directions are simple enough, but the pieces don't fit well together. The main issue is that the metal brackets are not 90°. Most of them are less, and that makes the bottom difficult to put on because the other pieces aren't sitting right. The threads in some of the holes are too deep for the short bolts to reach properly, so they can't be loosened enough to fit the other pieces. We managed it after some fiddling, but it was annoying.
