MINi S can not meet the games you provide, Beelink NINIS function mainly for daily use office; I inquired about the type of GPU required for the game GTX1050 (entry level), and the Mini computers MINI S GPU for the core graphics card, and discrete graphics card GTX1050 has obvious differences.

Hello, the Beelink U59 does not yet support the Nvme protocol.

Q: Is this really maxed out with only 16GB memory?

This system has a single SODIMM slot for DDR5 memory. I am sure that if you can find bigger sticks you could put them in and expect them to work. In a quick check I see 32GB DDR5 SODIMMs, but I didn't see anything bigger. I don't see why the 32GB wouldn't work or a 64GB if it exists.
