Soft, Chewy, and Delicious
These cookies are dangerously delicious. Like, hide-the-box-from-yourself delicious. They’ve quickly become my all-time favorite keto snack, and I honestly have to ration them or I’d inhale the whole pack in a day. They’re that good. Should probably put in a different container and label oatmeal or something. Portion Size: These things are quite large. One cookie easily feels like a full dessert—rich, satisfying, and enough to keep you from prowling the pantry. I usually cut one in half so I can enjoy a little treat twice a day. Half after lunch, half after dinner—it’s my version of adulting with dessert. Flavor: These cookies hit that sweet spot (literally) between indulgence and keto-conscious. They’re definitely on the sweeter side, and while you can tell they’re made with a sugar alternative, the flavor is still rich and satisfying. Not artificial or bitter—just sweet enough to scratch the itch without throwing your taste buds into confusion. The chocolate chips? Generously sized and melty when warmed. Yes, I sometimes microwave mine for 5 seconds and pretend I’m eating a fresh-out-of-the-oven bakery cookie. Moisture & Texture: Unlike so many keto cookies that taste like sawdust in disguise, these are soft, chewy, and moist—like homemade chocolate chip cookies. No dry, crumbly disappointment here. Just soft, pillowy goodness that makes your mouth happy. Protein & Keto-Friendliness: Each cookie packs 15 grams of protein, which means it’s not just a treat—it actually holds me over between meals. And with only 9 net carbs, it fits neatly into my keto lifestyle without guilt or glucose spikes. It’s like finding a unicorn in the snack aisle. Price: Yes, at nearly $2 a cookie (when buying the 12-pack), it’s more of a treat-yourself item than a bulk snack. But for the quality, size, and satisfaction factor, I think it’s totally worth it—especially when compared to the sad, overpriced keto snacks I’ve tried in the past. Dry and crumbly? Not today. Overall Ratings: Portion Size: 5/5 Flavor: 4.5/5 Moisture: 5/5 Texture: 5/5 If you’re looking for a high-protein, keto-friendly snack that actually feels like a dessert, this is it. Just don’t say I didn’t warn you—they’re almost too good. 😉

Taste Fantastic!
These taste so good and we use these as a meal replacement when we don't have time to fix something or in the car on trips. Lots of Protein and very low sugar.

A quick and tasty low carb protein boost
A delicious keto breakfast cookie with protein? Oh yes! If I don't feel like making something for breakfast or just want something fast, this is my first choice. I have bought many boxes over the past few years because they actually taste good, nearly sugar free, low net carbs and have 15 grams protein. It would be nice if it had some vitamins and minerals though to make it a really good breakfast, snack or dessert. Note that it is sweetened with erythritol so I'm sure some people are going to avoid it with it being in the news lately. I love the chocolate chip cookies. I tried the chocolate chocolate chip cookies once and will never buy them again. I'm sticking to the chocolate chip ones cause I know I like them a lot. They might not be 100% like a regular cookie, but good enough to me especially with the protein. The price tends to jump around a lot on here. I refuse to buy them when it's over $20/box. Keep an eye out for a subscribe and save coupon to make it a nice deal.

Chocolate chip
I ordered the chocolate chip, double chocolate and peanut butter version of these cookies. I have been on keto for nearly a year and have been craving something sweet. Finally bit the bullet and searched for some keto friendly cookies. They arrived today. From the reviews I read, it seemed the chocolate chip were highest rated flavor wise from a number of people so I started with one of those, not wanting to be disappointed. My first reaction was the amount of net carbs - they claim 4g net carbs but show 19g of carbs with only 9g of fiber. I had to do a bit of research to learn the 6g of erythriol also gets subtracted from carbs, leaving 4 net carbs. I don't understand the erythriol yet but that isn't the cookie manufacturers fault. As for the cookie, while it is not the best cookie I've ever had, it is pretty good and satisfied the sweet craving I've had for a while. I didn't notice any bad aftertaste some reviewers reported, nor were mine stale - they were fairly soft and had good flavor. i will buy again, even though they are pricey. Looking foward to trying the other two flavors on another day. Oh, and some reviewers reported they only received 11 cookies in their package - I counted my chocolate chip cookies and there were 12. Only gave the 4 star instead of 5 because I don't think they are a perfect keto cookie. That said, I can't say that a perfect keto cookie currently exists. My definition of perfect? Tasting as good as the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had - or close. But that wouldn't be a mass produced on anyway.

Great cookies for sugar managment.
Quest products are very good overall, but these cookies are great. They do not spike my sugar and help satisfy sweet cravings, providing a healthy alternative. They are a bit on the expensive side, but then, all sugar substitute products tend to be expensive. The toughest part is making them last for a month between shipments.

The Quest Nutrition Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie is actually really tasty for a protein snack. It doesn’t taste like those super dry “healthy” cookies — it’s soft, chewy, and the chocolate chips actually taste like real chocolate. I like that it’s high in protein and low in carbs, so it feels like a proper treat without any guilt. It’s easy to grab on the go, and it keeps me full between meals better than normal snacks. Feels like a little indulgence that actually does something good for you at the same time.
