At first this was a pretty good buy. Then issues with deteriorating back pads over the jet nozzles leaving black particles floating around. Finally got a hold of someone at the manufacturer and they admitted it was a QC problem and they were sending me new improved replacement pads and tool to remove and reinstall the jet nozzles. Then a few months later more unusual particles/matter coming out of the jet nozzles. Appeared to maybe be deteriorated adhesive that was only present if the jet nozzles were in use. I contacted the Mspa folks again but this time no response after numerous attempts. My inflatable bladder was losing air and needed to be replaced. Had to buy one that almost fit. The company still has not responded. I am giving up on this piece of junk and buying another brand (made in the USA) for about twice the price. The reviews seemed good so I will take another chance. Mspa is junk and only good for the first year at best. Buyer beware!

I purchased this item for a house I flipped. Not wanting to put something permanent nor bulky this was the perfect solution. They will be able to take apart and move easily if need be. The led screen its a nice feature along with the led lighting. Looks really cool at night and during the day!

Bought this in JUNE, after about 2 months the bladder for the lid would not hold air, they did send me a new bladder. After 3 months the pump went bad, they will send you parts but you have to empty the tub and take the whole pump unit apart to fix it, if you are not mechanically inclined this will be a problem. Now another month later the new Bladder that they sent me is not holding air. If I would have known I would have these problems i would have saved a little more money and bought a real hot tub. Now I'm out just about 3 grand and this thing is terrible.UPDATE, 1 year in and the pump is not working again. Not sure if they will send another pump.

Set up was smoother than anticipated. Love the UV and O2 cleaning options. Easy maintenance and holds temperature well. If looking for a real hut without the financial burden, this is the option.

Missing jet control box

Our tub would not heat. It took months to get resolved. Error msg after error msg. Service dept argued with us. Thinks we just want a refund and implied we used the tub over the summer and got free use of it. Process of elimination did finally convince there people that indeed the customer is right. They sent new motor and everything ok for now. I don’t recommend this tub. Water line doesn’t go above shoulders. Plastic shell, liner that sits on pavement. This is not a 6 person hot tub, It’s 4. the spa cover is a blow up piece. Not a real spa. Spend 2k more and get a real hot tub.

This Hot Tub was a surprise gift and quick choice for Christmas after Home Depot messed up an order for a different model. At first the set up, look and running of the hot tub was just what we wanted. In the beginning of Feb. after running the jets, it stopped working showing an F1 error code. My husband was able to fix it by taking the whole thing apart. A month later it stopped working after activating the jets again. It worked fine with just the bubbles. My husband believes the pump is faulty and isn't capable. We have contacted MSpa several times with no response. Now our hotub doesn't run at all.
