Having enjoyed my 47” HSH dark gray oak desk so much over the past several years, I just purchased this additional 60” HSH dark gray oak desk to create an incredible L-Shaped workstation for my studio.This new 60” beautiful real natural wood natural oak desk just arrived and, just the same as my first HSH desk, it was packaged perfectly so that every part of the desk is protected. Both desks have no scratches or markings on them.This desktop is solid wood, and the frame is a smooth black metal. The desk is a design blend that is intriguing, both rustic and basic, yet it’s eye-catching with its gorgeous ongoing oak grain on the desktop and its unique spatial looking architecture for the desk base and legs. We typically see in common desks the basic horizontal desktop based upon four plain downward legs. This desk is a studio with style! The extra big desk size of this 60” is exceptionally nice for a workstation, its measuring 23.6"D x 60"W x 29.5"H. It’s also really nice to see and feel how much leg room is available under this desk.Assembly is so straightforward and easy that, admittedly, it’s almost a quick fun project to put this desk together. Customer service is extraordinary, as I had one question and received right away a very comprehensive answer. We know in today’s customer service galaxy, sometimes we’re disappointed when receiving templated answers that don’t even address our inquiry. HSH and their customer service is a pleasant rarity – a real person with real answers. This makes a customer want to return for more of their product offerings.To have a unique eye-catching desk design is not only appealing, but it’s just plain fun to be there at that desk area. This makes work seem a whole lot easier and we’re more intentional with our motivation and determination to get things done. “Let’s go!”As a singer/songwriter on my guitar, I find much enjoyment and comfort composing in surroundings that bring me happiness, organization, and an enticing unique corner of the world to pursue my endeavors. My office studio, “L-Shaped Nifty Nook,” is increasingly now my happy place. It’s where many of my developments begin, and it’s like a springboard for me to new composing and design. I love to come home to this place, this space, and let creativity soar. This desk along with my former matching like-desk has become my secluded corner where much originates and where I can engage in my work while feeling as if I’m in warm natural beauty. It’s almost as if I’m in the forest due to my surroundings of these beautiful flowing lines of the oak grains across my desktop(s). Oak wood has always meant so much to me, representing strength, stability, and endurance. It’s like when we choose to position ourselves around oak, we gain increased inner strength.Indeed, I am filled with joy and happiness when sitting at my new HSH L-Shaped writing desk where I can live and love to write, develop, and allow my creative processes to take off. This delightful desk is such a high-quality piece of furniture, exquisitely constructed, and it’s one stunning work of art to complement any room of the home.

I am really pleased with the quality and look of the desk. I was concerned that it would be a bit flimsy, but it’s absolutely sturdy and very easy to assemble as well. Definitely worth a five star review and if there were six stars available, I’d pick that option. Order it, you won’t regret it.

The desk is really nice and exactly as described. Very sturdy. Was easy to put together, maybe 30 min build time. Quick shipping and excellent customer service. I received the first desk damaged. Clearly damaged while in transit. I contacted manufacturer and received a replacement in a few days at no cost. Very happy with the product and result.

Fairly easy to assemble. Did it by myself, a single lady, no need of a guy lol ! Got the light gray 60”, though I thought it would be lighter in color it’s still nice. I like the sturdiness and spaciousness. Worth to spend some more bucks on it than on other cheap desks.Ps: if you assemble it yourself when turning upright turn it from board lying down like in picture and from the middle tilting the desk using your foot and then grabbing and turning the board slowly towards you so that you don’t get hit with it.

Nice and sturdy desk. Fastested assembly of a desk ever, however the desk had some damage to the top, nothing major you really can't tell. Purchased a matching side table for my printer with the same faux marble print
