Is a light on whilst cooking

Yes the comes on when you open the door and whilst cooking

Can you get this microwave in white

Don’t see why not contact the supplier via Amazon

Can you sterilize baby bottle (Mam) in this?

Looking at the dimensions of the Mam ‎Steam & Cold Water Steriliser it won’t fit in our 20L

Do you take the little cardboard thing inside it out or leave it in

If you mean the silver little cardboard thing, you leave that in. In fact while cleaning it one time I broke it of by accident so ordered some more, worth doing if you have this microwave
