The mattress is nether to hard or to soft, just perfect. The quality is amazing especially for the price. If you want a super hard orthopedic mattress this one isn't for you, it's firm, but comfy at the same time. Despite being vacuum rolled there's no awful smell, we'll packaged and quick delivery. I personally think it is a better quality than the high priced name brand mattress it replaced.

This mattress is amazing, I've had back pain for weeks..first night on this and I could feel a difference straight away. Second night was even better.. no more back pain..If you want a good firm mattress I would definitely recommend this

Well packed and unpacked almost like an emergency life raft when you open the plastic. I have a topper on it also and it's perfect for me. Don't know long term yet so il review again soon. But we'll worth the money you can't go wrong.

Bought these for my daughters and they have slept brilliantly for the past few nights on these mattresses!They aren't too heavy so can easily be put in place by 1 person. They look super soft but with individually wrapped springs you get the support you need in all the right places and with the foam on top they are super comfortable!
