Received item as promised and on time. Out of the box, plugged the included dongle into the PC and everything worked without any struggle. Impressed with this product. This is being used for a smaller conference room, works great, tested with others on the other end, stated very clear. No wires in the way!

This thing works awesome! AI canceling noise woks great, can pick voices from a long way off like they are right next to the speaker. Easy connect to any device by Bluetooth or cable.

Works great, must configure in windows for use for audio devices when used wirelessly. Microphone works wirelessly with no issue, so did speaker initially but after a week or 2 noticed it would only work for microphone wirelessly but once I managed windows setting to allow device for audio it started working again.

I use it in my workout room so I can zoom with my trainer and other exercisers online. It works well. Participants can hear me regardless of where I’m standing in the room.

Good sound, both with speaker and microphones. Immediate and easy setup with Zoom and favorable comments from those in the room and on Zoom.. Very pleased with performance.

I bought this because for zoom meetings at work and school since my sound on my phone would go in and out and my computer with WiFi wasn’t great either. This is great!!! And easily portable with my lap too. The sound is clear for my audience to hear me and me to hear them. I even used it for a project on pitch vantage and it was great!!! No more wearing headphones or hearing that my sound is breaking up. Best computer accessory yet!!

While this worked, it worked very well. Then the batteries stopped charging. We had three of these for meetings over Zoom for our conference room, one after another. In all three cases the batteries stopped holding a charge in a matter of months. Clear sound if you you only need it for a meeting or two, but now they are paper weights, reminders of expensively bad decisions.

I have a panel-type configuration in a room 20' x 50' where the Emeet Luna Plus speakerphone-puck is at the front of the room. It can pick up voices in the back of the room, barely and a little echo-y. It picks up panel audio >very< well, to the point where if there is a side-whisper conversation, it picks it up. You should apprise in person attendees to not yak unnecessarily. IF I could figure out how to connect a directional, push to talk mic for passing around the audience, the solution would be PERFECT. Update +6 months =============== Wierd. When I connect it to my Windows 11 laptop, and use it with Windows Sound Recorder, the AI function is on and cannot be turned off (AI Button), even though the device's audio feedback says "AI off" and "AI on". So it can't be used to record a "room of audio" like with music played in the background. === In a pinch, because it's wireless, we'll pass the puck to a person in the back of the room when there is a question from the audience/gallery. === Battery life is very good. I use it for a 3 hour meeting and it recharges on a 2A USB charger within 30mins.

Have not extensively used yet, initial usage shows it is a good piece of products as it is advertised.

Looking for a speaker with mic for my pc online meeting needs. I tried a few Bluetooth speaker before and it seems Bluetooth speaker is only good for temporary phone call, not for video conference. This speakerphone works perfect for my video conference needs. I wish it could lower the volume a bit when use as speaker, but overall It is nearly perfect and I have no complain.

I think this is a good option. It is a good size and the speaker is very good, clear and loud. Based on feedback, microphones work well and noise cancellation is also good. I have been using for a couple of days and so far I am satisfied with the product. If needed, I’ll update my review in the future.

This worked well while it lasted, but less than a year later it cuts out regular and I lose audio on Teams calls.

I decided to buy this as a backup for a business meeting and I'm happy I did. Worked great for 14 people around a conference room. Clear on both sides of the conversation. Would definitely recommend.
