I should have read more closely that it is so glittery. I wanted a highlighter and it is that, but I have to work to blend it in such a way that it's not a straight line of white glitter. I do like the product and its thin enough to use as an eye liner or as a highlighter under brows.

Use it Everyday

I really love this but the packaging isn't great. The plastic cap broke pretty early on so I have to keep it in a Ziploc bag. Besides that, it's a wonderful, versatile, milky product at a crazy good price.

These khols eyeliner/eyeshadow pencils are great. Color is awesome and stay on for long time. Can be used as khols eyeliner or a eyeshadow. I've purchase a few in different colors.
