I bought this for my mother in law for Christmas and not only did the string break after just 2 months, she told me that the rubber part had 2 holes in it when she first received it but didn't tell me because she could technically still use it. And of course the return period was over on Jan 31.

it worked find until the pull handle broke. My wife primarily used it so its not like someone was strong arming it either. it lasted about 2 months of off and on use.

So this product worked great and I was so excited! I had it for one day and put the bowl and basket it in the dishwasher and it melted and now it doesn’t work :( I am so bummed! I double checked that the packaging says “dishwasher safe” and it does.

I bought in March, and the pull-cord has broken already. Worst product quality ever.

Does not remove the water off of the lettuce very disappointed.
