Amazing and beautiful shower head
Unfortunately the app is not letting me upload a picture or video.This shower head is so amazing. I ordered two as my contractor was redoing my bathroom. His comment was he can't believe how amazing this product is. the handheld has different 4 speeds and pressures, the overhead waterfall is wide and big & easy to adjust the temperature. I can't say enough about it, it's a win-win.

The item is quite large and looks good up to now. I already installed it and it is working 100%. The price is very reasonable and you will get a good shower. If you're handy with plumbing, it's pretty easy to install. recommended

I’m happy with everything, except for the rain head extension is cheap had to buy a replacement, because the one that came in the box was stripped out

Quality is good and the rainfall shower is amazing.

Leaking parts
Had the contractor install this and re-plumb our pipes to match this setup. The shower head arm stripped after attempting to put it on. The hand held shower attachment leaks at the base. The only part that is working (5 days in to installation) is the tub faucet. Overall a waste of money.

Cap too small
The media could not be loaded. The system is working so far but the cap that goes on the system doesn’t fit. We ask for a replacement and is the same size
