I was afraid to try these cookies because when it’s so “healthy” I feel it doesn’t taste as good as a real cookie or the texture will be weird. OMG…!!!!! I was so wrong to think that with these cookies!!! I wanted to eat the entire bag and it totally killed the dessert craving for me!! I was diagnosed with diabetes 4 weeks back and it’s been a living hell for food. I drastically changed my diet as my A1C is 9.9 Finally on week 4 which is now, I’m wanting a sweet treat! But of course I don’t have any on me and decided to look on Amazon when I saw some people on tik tok that make cookies for diabetics and they’re actually sold out on Etsy. So crazy! So I did a search on diabetes cookies and this came up and OMG… this is super super good!! There is no weird after taste or strange texture like I thought it would. I’m so into this one that I am thinking of going on a monthly subscription. And I wanna try the rest of the flavors. I honestly can’t believe there’s no added sugar and all that good stuff that’s in Chips Ahoy or Oreos. I had to keep looking at the nutrition facts and the ingredient list after each piece because I just think this is UNBELIEVABLE. Thank you for having these for people like me and now I can move on with my life knowing I got good good cookies on hand!! Btw imma tell my family it tastes so junk so they don’t touch it and because they can eat regular cookies while I can’t so HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

These cookies have the best flavor EVER. I don't know how to describe it, but it's addictive in the best way. The texture is crumbly, yes, but it's also somehow cool and moist.I don't mind the crumbles because I take small bites to savor one cookie for as long as possible.

These cookies taste great and have a nice ‘pecan Sandy’ texture. When in the mouth, they also impart a distinct cooling sensation…very strange for a cookie! Must be an effect of all the sugar substitutes used? I like them (except for the cooling), but for the price paid, I would not buy them again.

I loved the carb count per cookie. I can grab one in the middle of the afternoon and it doesn't put me over my carbs for the day. The flavor isn't as buttery as I remember pecan sandies as a kid but I really like them. Not too sweet and plenty of pecans in each cookie. They're the same consistency as the ones I had as a child. They're definitely a home run. I'm buying more.

Like other reviews had said, it does like a cold aftertaste. It's hard to explain. Almost like after you use mouthwash. But these taste really good. My only complaint is that I wish the serving size was more than 3 cookies. They are small. But then again, they are for dieting so.

These actually taste closest to chocolate chip cookies, they are small bite sized, crunchy, and overall delightful cookies. I found it a bit expensive at $5 a bag for 8 small cookies but in the end I think it could be worth it for the overall ingredients and story behind the brand— Nunbelievable donates a meal across the US for every bag purchased. In the end, compared to other brands we have tried this brand is the most enjoyable taste wise. Although erythritol is still a rather new sweetener for me and I’m still searching/reading into studies/side effects of this, the cookies are satisfying and seem to be a healthier option all in all. I have ordered three times already and these are my husbands favorite for his keto diet!

Very sweet but the flavor is good. They're a little crumbly and pretty expensive for what you get. I would buy them again in a pinch but would be more likely to bake the cookies myself rather than pay so much for them.
